First floor:
- 70 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area, large bay window and access to the terrace
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob and a second space with fridge.
- Bedroom 1: two single beds (queen-size bed 160x200), with the option of separating them, offering direct access to the terrace and a private shower room (with shower and WC).
- Two separate WCs

First floor:
- Bedroom 2 to 4: two single beds (double bed 160x190), can be separated.
- Bedroom 5: double bed (140x190) with private bathroom with shower and basin
- Bedroom 6: two separate single beds that can be joined to make a double bed (160x190)
