BEACHFRONT condo with ocean views from every room. NO place is closer to the beach than this completely remodeled, one bedroom, GROUND floor unit at The Sandpiper on the Broadwalk on Hollywood Beach! Includes one bedroom with a king bed & private half bath. This condo is in a boutique, two story building. The main bath includes a walk- in shower with all the linens provided. This unit sleeps up to four when including the sofa/bed in livingroom. The fully equipped kitchen has a full size range, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker. Premium coffee is provided and uses a Keürig combo coffee maker for singles or makes a full 12 cups at one time.
Located directly on the legendary Hollywood Broadwalk on the Atlantic ocean-"It's like staying in your very own, first class beach cabana!" The spacious courtyard provides shared outdoor tables and chairs for enjoying spectacular sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean with your morning coffee or dining anytime. Even your free parking spot has an ocean view! No car? No problem! Just a short cab ride from Hollywood/Ft. Lauderdale airport to the condo(about $25.⁰⁰ or from Miami airport; hop the frequent tri-rail train to the Hollywood Blvd. stop then ten minute Uber or taxi ride) will allow you to enjoy several days of beach fun, food and entertainment that are only steps from your door. You can literally walk barefoot out of the door, with the provided beach gear, onto the famous Hollywood beach for fun-in-the-sun and back anytime to your own private bathrooms and to make more of your favorite frozen cocktails!
Stroll down the Broadwalk to daily entertainment at the Margaritaville resort or one of the many oceanfront tiki bars then grab a great meal at a beachfront restaurant. Walk one block to the intracoastal waterway to catch a water taxi to Ft. Lauderdale or just enjoy the guided boat ride. Catch the frequent Circuit shuttle to downtown and around Hollywood. Very close to world class casinos, horse racing, museums, 5 Star restaurants and the Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood Airport. Adorable place right on the beach! My new favorite spot to getaway! Convenient to restaurants, live music, and grocery stores. Safe, clean area of beach. Nice to have parking too! But you really don’t need a car.

Great location and nicely designed/renovated. Owner really thought about everything you can possibly need and made it accessible. The apartment came fully equipped with boogie boards, beach towels, mats, cooler, coffee and so many more. I felt right at home in this place and the communication was great. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when I return to Hollywood Beach.

Our stay was perfect. Check in was easy. Location was excellent. Walk out the gate, across the broadwalk, and you're in sand. We were able to see the sunrise from the patio. We will definitely book again!

Great time

My only real complaint was that the bed moved really easily when getting in/out of it because the frame is on wheels. We also would have preferred the ability to lower the AC temp more at night, but we know that’s just a personal preference. Other than that we loved the place and the location. Will likely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful place with a great view!

My husband and our son stayed here from May 29th-June 3rd 2024. We were so pleased with this property. This property sits directly in front of the ocean for a spectacular view. The property offers a common area with a balcony with the ocean view as well which we utilized and enjoyed our breakfast outside one morning during our stay. I am very picky about where our family stays when it comes to cleanliness. I had seen the great reviews for cleanliness on this property before our stay and it was the main reason for our booking here. Upon arrival we quickly realized the reviews were true. The place was extremely clean and I had no complaints. Comfortable bed and clean, comfy bedding. All the amenities you could need. Fully stocked kitchen and even beach items to use while we were there like beach chairs and sand buckets and a canopy and so on. The home was easy to enter upon arrival and the convenience of the location of the property was perfect. Restaurants right down the broadwalk. The owner of the property was easily reached and responded to questions right away. We had the best experience and will be visiting again. Great vacation thanks to this property for meeting all our needs so we could enjoy and relax while away from home.

Don’t pass this amazing place up

This property was by far the best I have ever stayed at! The pictures don’t do this property justice. First off the owner Jeff responded so quick any time I had a question. Everything was so clean and tidy. Awesome keurig along with creamer and plenty of sugar and sweetners etc. which was so nice. Loved the fact the property has chairs for the beach. Both bigger chairs and lower chairs. Along with very nice beach towels and kids stuff for the beach. What a great thing to have! I would recommend this property to anyone and I cannot wait to stay here again! I mean step out your door onto the boardwalk and into the sand. Don’t even have to bring a cooler if you don’t want because your door is that close for drink, food and bathroom and come right back to the beach. Highly recommended for the location, communication by owner, cleanliness and the outside common area is the best as well.

Weekend getaway

This place was wonderful! Literally on the boardwalk and steps from beach. So close to restaurants and shops. Loved the fact is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Central a/c was a huge plus! They had plenty of coffee and creamed! This is our new go to place several times a year

Outstanding Condo, Location and Host!

This oceanfront home is excellent, very clean and comfortable. It is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Its right on the boardwalk, but you won't here any of the foot traffic. It is close to restaurants bars and lounges. We loved being footsteps from the water. Hopefully we will be back soon. Thanks Jeff.

I am from Northwest Indiana and split my time between there and Hollywood beach. I have been in the Real Estate business since 1986. I like to body surf in the ocean, water ski on lake Michigan, and downhill ski in the West. I work long hours (and enjoy most of it ;-) I love to be close to the water and the beach.

This unit is in the heart of Hollywood beach directly on the Broadwalk/beach between Margaritaville hotel and the Marriott hotel where you will find laid back, friendly people from all over the world. I love this place because the building has only 9 units and is located directly on Hollywood beach.
