Large charming apartment in a beautiful villa, private terrace and swimming pool

"Large and spacious apartment. Very clean. Private pool and garden. Despite the enclosed garden in a residential neighborhood, it was still magnificent, with a view from the apartment that was unspoiled by anything. The kitchen was new and fully equipped. Cutlery and dishes were in sufficient quantity and in perfect condition. The hostess and her family were friendly, extremely helpful but also very discreet. The location is a good starting point for Provence and the Côte d'Azur. Large supermarket 6 minutes away by car. Compared to the rest of the apartment, the 2nd bedroom was a bit smaller. But we didn't find that to be a problem. Please note that the friendly house cat will come to say hello from time to time. Again, for us, this was more of a bonus than a drawback. The photos do not fully do justice to the accommodation. It is much more beautiful in real life."

The two bedrooms, one of which has an adjoining loggia, are perfect for accommodating a family with children or two couples. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, and the toilet is separate. Feel at home with a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a spacious and bright dining room, ideal for sharing convivial moments. The large living room and the magnificent library invite you to rest and relax. Finally, the south-facing terrace, equipped with a private garden lounge, will offer you moments of pure relaxation under the sun of the Côte d'Azur. The Mas Saint Antoine is located in a quiet and peaceful place, close to all amenities. You are only 5 minutes from the center of Grasse and 20 minutes from Cannes.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa, where the owners live upstairs and will be happy to help you. The garden and the swimming pool are common areas shared with the owners and three guest rooms.


THE SURROUNDINGS

Grasse, the world capital of perfume, is surrounded by magnificent landscapes, with breathtaking views of the hills and the Mediterranean Sea in the background. You can explore the historic center of Grasse with its picturesque alleys, its museums dedicated to the art of perfumery, as well as the famous Notre-Dame-du-Puy Cathedral. The Galimard and Fragonard factories are 7 minutes from the house, along with their respective shops. For nature lovers, the region offers numerous hiking and excursion possibilities through the Provençal landscapes.

You will find several good restaurants nearby, between 5 and 15 minutes from the Mas Saint Antoine. A pizzeria is also within walking distance from the villa. A large supermarket and a small shopping center are 7 minutes away, and the nearest pharmacy is 2 minutes away from the accommodation.

Golf enthusiasts will be delighted to discover several courses in the region, the nearest being the Golf de Saint Donat, only 10 minutes from the Mas Saint Antoine.

The beaches of the Mediterranean Sea are only 20 minutes away. Cannes, famous for its Croisette, offers wide beaches where glamour and relaxation blend, with a breathtaking view of the bay. In Antibes, the city center beach borders the new promenade along the ramparts, providing an ideal setting to combine relaxation and cultural discovery.
