Welcome to "The Maddox on Wedgewood", a stunning three level home located in a central location with gorgeous modern details and an incredible rooftop deck! The home is designed with light neutrals and textures, offering up subtle hints of beach vibes in the best way possible. From the light hardwoods to the striking light fixtures and artwork, you'll love the elegant simplicity that is featured throughout this classy and comfortable space. When you make your way up to the top level, be prepared to delight in the outdoor rooftop that features a pergola, ample seating, and corn hole!

Ask us about our "Play Local Nashville Tour" to experience Nashville in a comfortable, private, luxurious shuttle that accommodates up to 13 passengers! We offer 8 different tour options to choose from.
The Layout:
The first level is comprised of a king bedroom with an en suite bathroom and twin rollaway bed. The second level is comprised of the kitchen, living and dining area, half bathroom, and a bedroom with a full over full bunk bed. The third floor is comprised of the rooftop deck, laundry area, a bedroom with two queens and two twin rollaway beds, and another bedroom with a king bed. There are also two full bathrooms and a queen sized sofa bed in the third floor common area.
Parking:
Parking is available in the two-car garage and there is also one space available behind the garage.
Neighborhood:
A walkable, dreamy location, you'll find yourself central to several of Nashville's best neighborhoods! Walkable to 12 South, Hillsboro Village, Belmont Boulevard, and Music Row areas, you'll have food, drinks, and shopping right at your fingertips! And when it's time to jump in the car/Uber to head downtown, you'll be just 10 minutes or less from all of the action!
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Interactions with Guests:
We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

Additionally, I agree that the rental agreement must be signed and Safely guest screening must be completed within 3 days, otherwise my stay will be cancelled.
