Host was attentive and helpful, easy check in and check out. The location of the townhouse is sweet, easy access to all fun to be had in the area. Beds in basement better left to kiddos, upstairs beds super comfortable. Would stay again classy spacious sitting area!

The property and location where perfect for me and my daughter for her 18th Birthday getaway. It was very close to great restaurants and shopping. The only negative thing about the place was the 10AM checkout. The cleaning company was there promptly at 955 AM.

Great Stay
We stayed here as a family for a week around Easter and loved our visit. The outside of the townhome is not necessarily the most aesthetically pleasing, but the inside is newly remodeled and very clean. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Also, there is an elementary school across the street where our children spent a ton of time playing on the playground, the ball fields and in the courtyard. We were about 30 minutes from the slopes in Brighton. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Wonderful lace to stay
This condo was a wonderful place to stay for our family. The beds were comfortable, the condo was very clean, there were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We felt so comfortable and right at home.
Communication with the owner was very easy with quick responses.
The location of the condo was very convenient. We were close to both the airport and not too far from local ski resorts. We’d love to stay here again.

Immaculate condo conveniently located
This condo was immaculate, and had amazing views of the mountains out the windows in two directions. Everything we needed was provided, and the layout of the house was great--the adults had the upstairs and the teenagers claimed the downstairs. The neighborhood was nice and safe-feeling, and was close to shopping. groceries, and ski resorts. It was perfect for our family ski trip, and we highly recommend this place.

Ski with Ease!
Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay during Christmas break. The property had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home! I requested a crockpot to make apres ski food prep a breeze and the host happily provided this extra amenity. The beds were very comfortable and laundry easy to access. Some reviewers have mentioned the slope of the garage as an issue, but we had no problems. We couldn’t ask for a better position to drive off to the slopes! Looking forward to returning with our family for a future stay!

Stay was great. Great view of the mountains, convenient to the airport and the ski resorts and dining. The rental was everything as described in the listing. The only draw back was the garage. A steep entry into the it prevented us from parking in it with the van we rented. We parked on the street right by the unit,so it was no big issue. Very pleased with our stay.

Spacious and Convenient
We were in town to visit my son and ski up in the Cottonwoods. There were only three of us in the house but we did host family dinners. The garage was great especially on nights that it snowed. No time needed to clean off the car. Host was easy to reach and his description of the unit was very accurate.

Clean and comfortable
We really enjoyed our stay. The layout was great. Having one bedroom, bathroom, and living area downstairs provided a nice 2nd living space.
The driveway is a bit steep for low profile cars, however backing in at an angle made it easily doable.
Having only evaporative cooler means the downstairs got a little warm during the day, but it was one of the hottest weekends of the year, and was still manageable.
Owner was rvery responsive. I would have no worries staying here again.

Perfect for SLC/Ski Visit
Decided to spend the last week of U Utah winter break with my friend and her son, my son and one of his friends (college students) to ski and enjoy SLC. Condo had plenty of room for our group of 5 and was perfect location to access the ski slopes and dinner in SLC. Heat was out when we arrived and was quickly fixed that time and the second time it happened. Host was very responsive to questions/communications and it was easy to find everything we needed in the house. Garage had plenty of storage for our skis.

Great Location with Room for Everyone!
This property was perfect for the 4 of us, and really could accommodate quite a bit more. The location is great being near the airport, restaurants, grocery stores as well as many ski resorts. Just remember to leave much earlier than originally planned on a powder day! Learned that lesson on this trip! The house was clean, beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals. Water was nice and hot for post ski/snowboarding showers, and we never ran out with 2 showers going. Communication with management was fantastic! Always available to answer any questions we had. We would absolutely book here again!

Property is in a great location. Host is easy to get a hold of. Has a nice two car garage that is accessible to park vehicles in. House was nice in cool with the use of swamp cooler. I was new to renting from VRBO I didn’t realize there was insurance you had to pay for on top of rental wasn’t too bad. Everything was amazing and the rental had coffee :-) always a plus.

Short trip, easy access…
Brother and I met in SLC to get a few days of skiing in. The townhome was <20mins from the airport as well as offered easy access to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon. The place was clean and would have been plenty big enough if there was 4-5 of us. The neighborhood was quiet and there was easy access to supermarket(s) or any other errands that needed to be done. Check-in/check-out was simple and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Simply Perfect
Just finished a weeklong ski/snowboard trip. This house was simply perfect. It’s a very short drive to the Little/Big Cottonwood Canyon resorts and the Park City resorts. The house was clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. There’s plenty of food and shopping nearby, including a Smiths for your grocery needs. The kitchen was well equipped with good quality cookware you might have in your own home! The beds were all comfortable and there’s plenty of large screen TV throughout the house. The available garage was a nice touch. No need to leave our rental vehicle outside! Another nice touch was the filtered water. There’s absolutely no need to buy bottled water.
The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We even asked for fresh snow and they delivered! Seriously- I did ask for snow and the response made me laugh out loud. We appreciate a good sense of humor! We would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend this property to friends and family.

Our location puts you within a half mile of the freeway with quick access to downtown or the mountains for an easy 30 minute drive to world-class ski resorts in Salt Lake or Park City.
You will find the décor tasteful, the beautiful pops of orange catch your eye and the pleasant art on the walls adds to the ambiance.
The master bedroom is equipped with a KING sized bed that has a very comfortable memory foam mattress that you will fall in love with. Also the bedroom has a 55" 4K smart television, dressers for guest use as well as two closets.
