Designed to host up to 4 guests, this elegant gîte features 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, and a spacious, light-filled living area. You’ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge, and a private terrace with breathtaking views over the vineyards.

Thoughtfully designed for 4 guests, Gîte Garden offers:
- 2 stylish bedrooms with premium bedding for a restful night’s sleep. Each room features a 160 x 200 cm double bed, which can be converted into two 80 x 200 cm single beds upon request (please specify your preference when booking so we can prepare the appropriate linens).
- 2 modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, one of which includes a toilet for added convenience.
- A bright and spacious living area, where you can unwind while admiring the vineyard views.
- A fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals and enjoying quality time together.
- A private outdoor terrace, ideal for meals in the fresh air or a peaceful evening under the stars.

A Seamless & Independent Stay

Your stay will be fully autonomous, with a self check-in system via a secure key box. You can arrive after 4:00 PM and depart before 10:00 AM at your convenience.

However, I remain available at all times to assist with any questions regarding the accommodation, estate facilities, or local recommendations.

Before your arrival, you’ll receive a comprehensive welcome guide, also available inside the gîte, containing all essential information for a smooth and enjoyable stay:
- A detailed estate map, indicating accommodation locations, assigned parking spaces, and shared areas.
- Access codes, including the key box code and Wi-Fi password.
- Safety guidelines, especially regarding the presence of water features on the estate.
- House rules, ensuring a respectful and peaceful environment: Waste sorting and green space conservation. Noise control for a serene atmosphere. Respect for the estate’s flora and fauna
- Charging station usage policy, available on request with prior agreement.
- Operating instructions for key amenities, including: Smart TVs, with access to major streaming platforms (login with your personal account).
- Laundry room dryers, available for your convenience.
