Perfect for family reunions and gatherings, this magnificent, 2300 sq ft home is right in the heart of Panama City Beach just steps from the beach and County Pier.  This incredible home has a large Living room, a fully updated and equipped kitchen, and plenty of seating for the whole family.  This home features 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, and sleeps up to 18 guests comfortably.  There are 2 Master suites, each with King beds and ensuite bathrooms.  There are also 3 other bedrooms with queen beds and a bedroom with 2 sets of twin over double bunkbeds.  A large covered patio w/ table and chairs for catching up, playing games or having a nice meal.  A beautiful pool with a huge deck around it with a grilling area and hot tub.
Parking available for 3 vehicles - One in the garage and two in the drive way. No parking in the front yard please. Access to the garage from the inside of the house only. Come relax and enjoy this beautiful home at Blue Mermaid.
