Situated at the gates of Paris, between the business district of La Défense and Neuilly-sur-Seine, the apartment offers an ideal geographic location for those seeking peace and serenity, as well as a strategic base for professionals or students on the move. Indeed, our apartment is close to the headquarters of major companies such as LVMH, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Cetelem, Guerlain, and Webedia.

The neighborhood benefits from excellent connections to the Parisian transport network: the L train line is a 7-minute walk away, and the metro is just 9 minutes away.
This allows you to quickly reach all corners of Paris and discover iconic landmarks such as the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs-Élysées, the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, and Sacré-Coeur.
