- 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (12 to 20 m²) with Queen Size or double beds, storage space.

- 1 shower room, 1 bathroom with bath and shower, 1 separate toilet.


Independent studios accessible according to the number of people indicated in your reservation :


1. Studio 1 (45 m², 3 people): Air-conditioned, 20 m from the house. Double bed, single bed, shower room with toilet, private terrace.

2. Studio 2 (35 m², 2 people): Air-conditioned, 100 m from the house, by the stream near the swimming pool. Double bed, bathroom with toilet.

Outside areas

- Terraces: 3 areas including a large table for 10 people, Fermob lounge and studio area.

- Pool house: Kitchen with plancha, sink, American fridge and room with teak table, enclosed by a bay window.

- Private swimming pool: Salt water (12x6 m), 1 to 2 m deep, with separate shower and WC. (Open seasonally and heated from June to September).

- Terraces: 3 areas including a large table for 10 people, Fermob lounge and studio area.

- Pool house: Kitchen with plancha, sink, American fridge and room with teak table, enclosed by a bay window.

Situated in the hills above Solliès-Pont, the villa is strategically located just 10 minutes from the motorway, between Toulon and Hyères.

The villa is located on the heights of Solliès-Pont, in a peaceful residential area. Surrounded by greenery, it offers a calm and soothing setting, ideal for recharging your batteries while remaining close to amenities.

Public transport services are mainly available to the town centre below.

The Solliès-Pont SNCF station, which is served by regional trains, makes it easy to travel to Toulon, Hyères and other destinations.

Regional bus services, notably the ZOU! network, also link Solliès-Pont with the surrounding communes.

To reach these services from the villa, a private vehicle is recommended because of the distance and the gradient.

The 4-bedroom main villa sleeps 8. The studios are not rented separately to other people.

In addition to the Villa, you will have access to the studios depending on the number of people indicated in your booking.

10 people: Access to the Villa, Studio 2 people, swimming pool and pool-house

13 people: Access to the Villa, Studio 2 people, Studio 3 people, pool and pool-house


Welcome and formalities

- The person who welcomes you will be available and attentive to your needs throughout your stay.

- To ensure the best experience for everyone, keys will only be given to the person who made the booking.

* Direct surroundings:

- Although perfectly isolated from nuisances, depending on the direction of the wind, distant traffic noise from the motorway below can sometimes be perceived.


** House rules :

- Respect for legal noise pollution hours: A neighbouring house borders the property.

- Parties are strictly forbidden.

- Quiet hours: 8pm to 7am.

- No smoking inside.

- Pets are not allowed.

- All commercial activities are prohibited.

- No unregistered outside guests allowed.

- All external guests must be declared by email, with full name.
