It is situated in a residence just steps away from the right bank beach, a highly sought-after area, close to all amenities and still peaceful.
This T2 apartment of 50 m² is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator and offers pleasant proximity to the sea within walking distance. It consists of a kitchen corner open to the living area, with a TV corner for added comfort. The bedroom features a 140 cm bed in a separate room.
All necessary amenities are provided for your comfort: coffee machine, microwave, fridge, and all the utensils needed to prepare delicious meals.
Enjoy the calm of the area and relax in this bright and airy space, with a charming sea-view terrace.
The evenings offer stunning sunsets depending on the season.
The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation.
Any additional request will incur a charge:

Transport
The Le Grau du Roi train station is 1 km away. Bus services are available nearby.
The nearest frequent traffic station is Montpellier Sud de France TGV station, and Montpellier Airport is also easily accessible.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This residence is right on the sand, with private access via a gate at the end of the property, leading directly to the right bank beach.
The Château Leenhardt residence is shaped like an "L" and consists of two buildings: Building A and Building B.
Both buildings consist of a ground floor + 4 floors with elevators. There is an elevator for Building A and an elevator for Building B.
However, in terms of accessibility, the apartments are not PMR (disabled access) compliant.
If the apartment you have booked is in Building A, the higher you go, the more spectacular the sea view becomes, facing La Grande Motte, with a North-West exposure (perfect for sunset views on nice days).
On this side of Building A, the residence is built at the edge, and right next to it is a paid public parking from early March to early November, where both campers and cars can park.
This parking does not interfere with the sea view, and our agency cannot be held responsible for any misinformation regarding the presence of this parking or misleading advertisements.
It is not specified in our ads that these apartments have first-line sea views.
If you booked an apartment in Building B, most of these apartments face inward, so these apartments overlook the residence's garden with the residence's parking before the sea, as Building B is set back from the sea and Building A.
These apartments also have a beautiful sea view, with a South-West exposure. They overlook the sea between Building A and the neighboring residence, Les Villégiales du Château.
