My wife and I, along with SIL and her BF (all late 50s/early 60s) spent 4 nights in this wonderful home just a few minutes drive from the main street of Custer. Very peaceful setting at the end of a gravel road, adjacent to the little airfield (it is pretty active but not a distraction at all). The house made a great starting point each day for our explorations of Custer State Park, Wind Cave National Park, Jewel Cave National Monument and Mount Rushmore.
We had no issues with the house. It was just as advertised. Very clean and well appointed. Everything we needed and lots of space. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor areas, especially the back deck. That made for a great place to relax after a day of hiking in the parks.
Cheryl was very easy to work with as well as very attentive to all questions. Booking, check-in, and check-out were all a breeze.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here in the future when visiting Custer.
