Gated community with a PGA Championship golf course with a double end driving range and is rated among the best in the valley by Golf Digest. Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball, Bocce Ball, and a Fitness Center. Onsite Hilton hotel, clubhouse restaurant and bar, and a walkup cafe.
Booking Confirms Agreement to the below statements:
-Booking person must be 25 yrs or older (City ordinance).
-No 3rd party bookings permitted.
-There is NO PARTYING at this complex - no loud noise.
-If noise levels prompt the Cathedral City Police dept. - You will be charged whatever the fee is for that - the city is VERY STRICT as is the Desert Princess Security Patrol.

House Rules:
2 Cars maximum
No smoking in or around condo
No shoes to be worn in the condo
No outdoor noise between 10pm and 8am
No partying at any time inside or outside.
No Candles
Pool :
Hours 7am-10pm (7am-8am quiet)
No food at pool. Drinks only in cans or disposable cups.
No smoking at pool
Summer-A/C: New A/C & Furnace! Set to 85 while away.
Close and lock all windows and doors when going out.

All long or short-term vacation rental occupants shall respect the neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property and obey all HOA, CC&R rules.
The following Noise Rules and Restrictions apply to all vacation rentals:
A. No radio receiver, musical instrument, phonograph, compact disc player, loudspeaker, karaoke machine, sound amplifier, or any machine, device or equipment that produces or reproduces any sound shall be used outside or be audible from the outside of any unit used as a vacation rental. Any machine, device or equipment that amplifies music inside any vacation rental shall not be heard beyond the property line of the vacation rental at all times.
B. All use of outdoor amenities and/or outdoor games or any outdoor activity that create noise between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. is prohibited. (Effective December 31, 2020)
The HOA will require the following information prior to any rental guest being admitted on property:
I. For the responsible person (renter):
1. Name
2. Address
3. Contact Phone Number
4. Type of Valid Government ID and Number (e.g., CA driver license number)
II. A list of names of all occupants of the rental unit
III. A list of all vehicle information and license plate numbers of the responsible person (renter), occupants and guests. If required, the license plate number can be collected at the Patrol Services gate.
