This beautiful architect-designed villa offers you the exceptional.
From its terrace overlooking the Corniche Kennedy, you can enjoy a dazzling panorama of the sea and the Frioul islands. Savour your moments under the property's pine trees; relax in the jacuzzi; bask in the sun and admire the view. The villa is ideally located for visiting Marseille on the beach side (10 minutes on foot) and the city side (5 minutes by car).
The villa is located at the tip of the ‘Roucas Blanc’, an emblematic neighbourhood of the 7th arrondissement. Its name, which means ‘White Rock’, comes simply from the rock on which it was built. This neighbourhood, full of small cul-de-sacs, narrow alleys and stairways, really encourages exploration. This former elevated village of Roucas Blanc is now the most ‘chic’ neighbourhood in the city.
The Corniche du Président John Fitzgerald Kennedy, which surrounds the neighbourhood's seafront, is a spectacular panoramic boulevard that winds its way just above the Mediterranean Sea, from the Catalans beach to the Prado beaches.
It offers one of the most beautiful balcony landscapes in Marseille, overlooking the Mediterranean and its islands. All along it were fishermen's huts, but above all very bourgeois 19th-century villas, former ‘summer homes’ of wealthy Marseille industrialist families (Villa Valmer, Villa de Gaby Deslys).
There are also some remarkable viewpoints: the rocky coves and esplanades of Malmousque and Fausse Monnaie (including the famous gourmet restaurant Le Petit Nice, owned by Gérald Passédat, and the former beachfront villa of Zizi Jeanmaire and Roland Petit).
Finally, towards the Prado beaches, there are various bars and restaurants.

The accommodation consists of a large, very bright living room with open kitchen, opening onto a large terrace with a splendid view over the entire southern coastline of the city, as far as the foot of the Marseilleveyre massif.
