Recently built and tastefully decorated with a coastal ambiance, this two-story luxury townhome offers a carefree and relaxing atmosphere for your coastal escape! Just minutes from Seaside, Watersound, and Alys Beach, The Town of Prominence is located between all the best of 30A! Wood-grain tile floors, crown moldings, high-end appliances and fixtures are just a few of the features that will make this home part of your family's go-to vacation spot year after year! The comfortable living room offers new, plush furnishings overlooking an outdoor patio. While the gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel GE appliances, Moen fixtures, and European style cabinetry. Conveniently located on the first floor is a powder room and laundry room. An oak staircase leads to the second floor with three bedrooms. Adjacent to one another are the two smaller bedrooms that features a full over full bunk bed and the other a king-size bed. These bedrooms share an elegant bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The master suite features a king-size bed and private bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. All bathrooms feature Moen fixtures, and raised height vanities. All bedrooms hold personal televisions, no fighting over T.V. time on this vacation! Sea Dreams, with it's easy access to Prominence amenities, it's close proximity to the pool (right down the road!) and 'The Hub,' and it's luxury finishes, is sure to become your favorite vacation spot!

Beach Accesses: There are several convenient beach accesses*! Below are 3 of the most popular accesses:
- Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile to the East of Prominence.
- Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. This access has a small parking area at the access (~$3-$5 for parking) and bathrooms, but the walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed & beach service is not available at this location.
- Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. Parking and bathrooms are also available at this access.
*Note: Prominence homes access the beach via South Walton public beach access points. Most guests typically use the Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public access points. Prominence homes do not offer direct beach access through the Watersound Club, nor do they provide access to the private Watersound Club facilities.

Parking in Prominence (North and South):
- North Prominence Triplex (A, B, C) Unit Parking: Parking is only allowed in the garage (if available) and/or the driveway of the unit being rented. Parking in unassigned driveways is prohibited and may result in towing or fines. No street parking or overflow parking is permitted in Prominence North. Additional parking is available at The Big Chill (formerly The Hub).
- South Prominence Parking: Parking is available in the driveway or garage of the home (if available). Street parking is allowed, but additional parking in the gravel spots on Pleasant and Clipper streets is first-come, first-served.
Pool Parking: No overnight parking is allowed at the pool area.
Trailer/Boat Parking: There is no trailer parking available.

Nearby Restaurants: Nearby restaurants to The Town of Prominence 30A include The Big Chill (formerly The Hub) which offers several restaurants including - Red's Chicken Shack, Crave Roadside Burgers, Mile Marker 15, Local Smoke, American Drinking Post, Mr. Freeze, Food Trucks, and more!

Nearby Grocery Shopping: Publix at Watersound Origins, located on US 98 at North Watersound Parkway, approximately 3 miles away. Publix in Watercolor Crossing, located on South County Hwy 395, approximately 5 miles away.

Parking & Transportation:
- Parking: There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway.
- Bicycles: Enjoy 3 adult bikes to explore 30A in style (Amenity Fee applies at Checkout).
- Golf Cart/LSV (Low-Speed Vehicle) Rentals in Prominence: If your property does not come with a golf cart, you are only permitted to rent one through 30A Gulf Carts. Prominence strictly allows the rental of street-legal golf carts for guest use through this provider only. Questions regarding this policy should be directed to the Prominence HOA.

Other Things to Note:
Age Requirement: Please note our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 must be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Two Night Reservations: Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two-night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the property.

Promotions, Rates, Availability, Closures, Construction, and Cancellations:
Promotions may change, be cancelled, and dates may be blacked out at BeachWalk's sole discretion and without notice.

Cancellation or changes to the dates of stay within a certain period prior to check-in may result in forfeiture of payment, associated fees (up to $200), and/or additional charges, depending on the timing of the request.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. Violating this policy will incur an additional $500 charge, plus the cost of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Wonderful!

We loved our stay here! Our trip was both a mix of working remotely and an extended weekend getaway. The WiFi worked perfectly. The location provides quick access by car or bike to shops, restaurants, and the park with beach access. The home was very clean, well appointed, and quiet. Which we appreciated as we both were looking for a quiet community for this trip. We would have loved to check in just an hour or two earlier but totally understand that the unit was still being turned over with cleaning. It was a great trip and we would absolutely stay here again.

GOLF CART NOT INCLUDED

The place was great. The pool is nice and the house was great. HOWEVER in the title it says 6 seat golf cart included. The location is pretty far from the beach and everything so it’s really the only reason we picked it over other places. Our checkin instructions and everything had where to find the key and the golf cart was in the garage. 2 hours later we finally got ahold of someone and the rules changed and we had to rent a specific golf cart from another company. That was $600. They refunded me $300. So just beware that the golf cart is absolutely not included with your stay 😀

falsely advertised

100% why we rented this home was the 6 seater golf cart in the headline for the advertisement by BeachWalk vacations. I confirmed many times on calls to the agency and messages. we arrived to a beautiful home- and a beautiful golf cart- and no keys. called and was told after some checking, that we couldn't use it. HOA doesn't allow BeachWalk golf carts. was told oh, sorry and we refunded some money for the golf cart. was told by Beach Walk vacations amenities are NOT guaranteed even if advertised mainly that it has a golf cart. last contact was very rude and didn't care. Very nice home though- the issue is only with the rental company BeachWalk Vacations.

This house is beautifully decorated, clean and well appointed. We used the bikes and golf cart and spent evenings at The Hub after dinner. Pool is great too! We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Prominence

The house was clean which was nice. The neighborhood is pretty and the golf cart is a must to go to the pool, beach and all along 30A. I do suggest providing more dishwashing liquid and detergent, better sponge and kitchen trash bags. It helps the renters maintain the property.

Property was nice. The couch has several rips and tears, probably needs to be replaced. Also the fridge and freezer do not work . Freezer totally unable to freeze or make ice. Had to use the little one in the garage .
