Absolutely amazing!

Ana is truly a wonderful host. She went above and beyond to make sure we had An amazing stay. We booked the house the same day due having to cancel our original home. She was so quick to respond we were booked and in the house within the hour. The house was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool was amazing!! I would highly recommend this beautiful house!

We had a bad experience before because I didn’t check the reviews but this time I checked. No regret! Clean place! NO BED BUGS on the bed! Beautiful house with a garden and pool! Nicely renovated

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Everything looked new and it was well appointed. The tropical pool area was wonderful. Our only complaint is that there was no information about trash pickup days, outside lighting, or checkout procedures ie, laundry expectations, etc.

Incredible Stay - Definitely recommend

My family and I stayed at this property during July 4th long weekend. It was beautiful and exactly as described, the kitchen was fully equipped and it was a nice and quiet neighborhood. Beautiful house with a really nice pool and great neighborhood!

The house was perfect, just as advertised. Really close to the beach and shopping. We visited several different beaches throughout our stay but didn’t really need to go anywhere because the backyard was an amazing area just to hangout and relax.

Family Trip

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 6 and 3) had the best stay. The house and especially the pool were gorgeous and perfect. Communication with host was excellent. I would highly recommend!

Great house with amazing back yard

Very clean and updated house. They backyard is amazing which is where we spent most of our time. Matthew was so accommodating and responds quickly to questions. I highly recommend!!!

The stay was great, the only concern was the animal hair on the couch that we noticed when we got up, and leaking toilets in the Master bedroom, constant running water in the hall bathroom due to the chain was broke inside the toilet other than that,we would love to come and stay again!

Perfect!

We had such a wonderful time at Ed’s incredible house, we didn’t want to leave! The house is everything you see in the pics and so much more. New, luxurious, equipped with just everything. The bedrooms, living/kitchen area, the pool - absolutely great. We couldn’t have asked for more. And above all, Ed is such a great person. Really the perfect host. If you’re in the Miami area - rent it now, before someone else will take this gem. Ed, thank you so much for everything. I do hope we’ll meet again.

Even better than the pictures

House is very clean & modern , everything you need is in the kitchen, lot's of towels, plenty of dishes . Ed was very helpful each time we have a question. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood , close to grocery store, 5 min by car (Publix) , 8 min to the beach . Fort Lauderdale & Miami Airport less than 1 hour . Sawgrass Mills & Aventura Mall for shopping about 45 min . I would definitely come back in this house and I recommend this place . Thanks again Ed for your kindness , we really appreciate

Great vacation rental for a family

This was a great vacation rental for a vacation that included myself, my husband, my parents, and my mother in law. We stayed for a week during Christmas, right during one of the coldest few days South Florida has seen in a long time. We were grateful to have had a good landing spot at this house, it had just about everything we needed. What really set the house apart for us was the backyard - it was really well appointed, tons of tropical foliage, fenced in for the dogs to enjoy, and a heated pool. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. The feedback I have for improvement did not affect the overall quality of our stay. Sharing for the owner’s information - there was a lot of dead plant debris strewn across the backyard/patio area and in the pool that we cleaned up. There were a few minor inconveniences - none that required repair while we were there, but a few things that could be improved. The ice machine in the refrigerator randomly spit out ice onto the floor, a couple of the closets are off the track, there are no beach chairs for guest use (it wasn’t advertised but would have been nice), and there were not clear directions on how to use the TV and the living room TV uses the Sling app which doesn’t get CBS and was a total bummer when we wanted to watch a football game. Overall it was a great spot for us and we would stay there again. The pool area was the best part and it’s a great set-up for families or groups.

Dissapointed, primary criteria not met

Our primary and critical criteria was an outdoor heated pool. As the pool heater was not functioning, we were unable to use the pool. This was especially impactful, as the weather was not great, allowing only a short time on the beaches. A fully functional, heated pool was a key expectation. On day 2 we were expecting it to be fixed as the pool chap conveyed he would return with a compression pump. Subsequently it became apparent that the heater required parts that would take 3 days to order. We were advised that the heater was working the day prior. We felt the water on arrival and it was freezing (i.e. had definitely not been heated a day before). The existence of shot glasses and wine glasses thrown in the plants, a child’s diaper placed over the security camera, a broken mirror in the yard and the fence broken, clearly indicated that the outdoor area had not been checked. (photos provided). Added to which I believe only one of the outdoor lights was working. Of course, this was extremely disappointing and had a significant, negative impact on our experience. Another surprising issue was the lack of lighting in front of the house. While most other houses were well lit at the entrance, this particular property was extremely dark at night.

Stayed while evacuating from Hurricane Ian

Nice property - nicely appointed. Property manager communication was good - Ana was very responsive to requests or issues that came up. Pool was dirty because of the storm so unable to be used during our stay. Outside area is very nice, but needs to be maintained - too much horticulture debri around. Refrigerator needs to be replaced - missing the shelves in the door. AC should be looked at - it does not get cool enough in the bedrooms. Overall - the house was comfortable and clean.

Perfect place!

This house had it all - fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, great location. But the outdoor area was the best of all! So peaceful and relaxing. We couldn’t wait to get back to have a swim in the pool and enjoy the beautiful ambiance of the trees and foliage that made a completely private getaway! We really enjoyed our stay.

Tropical paradise

Perfect getaway! The house was so clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The backyard was amazing ! We were in the heated pool everyday! Lots of space to work on our tans. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. So close to all the great restaurants. Ana The host was super nice. We had booked another house that turned out to be horrible and we booked this the day before. She was so accommodating and was able to get us in so fast. She was so easy to reach. We are ready to book next year!!!
