## Space

Enjoy a peaceful getaway in this bright, carefully decorated room nestled in the hills of Nice. Featuring a double bed (140 cm), this spacious 21 m² room and private toilet offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay. The decor combines Provencal charm with modern touches, creating a soothing atmosphere.

You'll have access to an outdoor area with a swimming pool surrounded by vegetation, perfect for relaxing under the Mediterranean sun. A hammock is also at your disposal for moments of absolute idleness.
From the pool area you can contemplate a magnificent sea view.
The swimming pool can be heated from March to May and from October to November for a supplement of €50 and on request (minimum 3 days before arrival).

Our house is a 15-minute drive from the center of Nice. A quiet footpath is within walking distance, allowing you to discover the surrounding countryside.

For a getaway with family or friends, we have a second adjoining room. Both rooms are only rented at the same time to the same family or group. You'll never be with strangers. The total capacity can therefore be 4 (with supplement). Don't hesitate to ask us or consult the advert dedicated to the 2 rooms.

## Access

The room is located on the ground floor of the house. You will have private access to it. The bathroom is inside the room and the private toilet is on the landing.

Situated in the hills of Nice in a very quiet environment, 15 minutes by car from the center of Nice, the Bellet neighborhood offers you a corner of nature close to the city and the airport (about 15 minutes away). Discover the vineyards and producers of the Bellet AOC.
