Airbnb charges a 4% county occupancy tax and their own separate service fee. Reflected in the nightly rate upon booking is a $40/night per person charge for parties over 12 guests (including children).

-Additional guests (over max number of 16) will only be allowed upon request and permission from host.
-We rent to responsible adults where the Booking party is at least 30 years of age.
-Quiet hours are from 11pm - 8am due to town Noise Ordinance. For the same reason, there are also no parties.

Amazing vacation home!

This was a great place to stay to house all the guests for a large group. Kayaks & hot tub were a huge hit, took some drives to local hiking areas that many loved! Has everything you need, would def stay again! Hope to make it a regular trip! Thank you!

The property is nice and updated. Kitchen is stocked up. Bed and towel are super clean. Plenty of the space for all the kids running around the house. We really enjoyed our stay. The property manager is really responsive to our questions. Highly recommended.

Family Vacation

My family and I had a such a wonderful time at this property on Sacandaga. The house had everything we needed, enough space for the group we had, and the lake was fantastic. The posting tells you all you need to know and for our group having three beautiful kitchens, three bathrooms and two washers and dryers was perfect. Also the caretakers Jamie and Rob were incredibly helpful. We had to call a couple of times for some issues with a light and a small leak in the basement unit. They came, fixed the issues and did more than we asked for. Great time!

From the time we booked this months ago to checkout today, everything was seamless and easy! The property and description of all that's included was accurate and beyond what was expected. Fabulous Stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at this lakefront home. We had multiple families with members from 10 to 86 years old, and from the outset, Pam answered every question I asked. She was incredibly responsive! The space and area worked for everyone. There was space to gather and space for people to get away from the group. We had people interested in swimming off the dock, fishing off the boat, and others interested in hiking. We even took a day trip for hikes in the High Peaks. The house was wonderful and we had a fabulous stay!

Amazing lake house - great for large groups or families

This house has all the bells and whistles and was perfect for our extended family reunion. We made great use of the kayaks (some brand new), paddleboat, swimming off the dock, and fire pit and smores kit left for us! House was also stocked with games, books, and anything else you could possibly need for a long stay. The cleaning was immaculate, and linens really top quality. We will definitely be back!
