- Check-in/out: Check-in after 4:00 PM, checkout by 10:00 AM. Self check-in with a smart lock.
- Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests maximum.
- Pets: No pets allowed.
- Quiet Hours: To respect our full-time neighbors, please keep noise levels down between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM

- Parties & Events: No parties or events.
- Smoking: No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes on the property.
- Parking: 3 vehicles maximum. Park in designated spots only; street parking is not allowed.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 25 years old to rent.
- Noise: No amplified music beyond property line, and no noisy outdoor activities/spa use from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
- Fireplace: Gas-burning only; no real logs or branches.
- Eviction: Disruptive guests will be evicted without a refund.
- No Filming: No location filming or commercial photography.
- Open Fires: No fireworks or open fires.
- Grill: Only use the provided propane grill (no charcoal or personal grills).
- Damage: Guests are responsible for repairing/replacing any damage to the property.
- Access for Repairs: Homeowners may enter for repairs/inspections.
- Acts of Nature: No refunds for weather, road closures, or power outages.
- Snow Removal: Snow removal is completed when snow reaches 4 inches or more. Guests may need to shovel for parking.

The cabin is ideally located, close to everything Big Bear has to offer. 8 minutes from the Village, 5 minutes from the slopes, golf and the zoo and 5 minutes from grocery stores. You can walk to hiking trails from our cabin.
