This recently renovated Heirloom property was designed to accommodate parties of all sizes. Fully stocked with modern amenities, decorated touches, and boasting a central location, our space is the perfect travel headquarters in NOLA for your large group, family, or company.
Please note this stay is a light touch experience and does not include in room dining or other amenities typically included in a hotel.
-Space is professionally designed and crafted with large groups in mind.
-Shared outdoor pool, patio, and group dining area.
-Indoor chef's kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware.
-Public Goods coffee and tea available for all guests.
-Custom murals and artwork created by local artists.
-Lush, modern decor with green accents.
-Smart TV with streaming capabilities.
-Other amenities include Wi-Fi, laundry (washer/dryer/iron & board), and more.

Our property is located in the beautiful and historic Central City. We love this neighborhood and we think that you will too. Our home is minutes away from the historic streetcars that will take you to the heart of the French Quarter or into the Historic Garden District. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world-class restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. Or simply walk the other direction and tour around the CBD where some of New Orleans' best restaurants await.
All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Getting Around:
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in between the beautiful Lower Garden District and CBD while still close to most major sites. We are a 10 minute walk to the WWII Museum, a 5-8 minute walk to the St Charles at Euterpey streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on-street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 8-18 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.
