Step inside and you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen for preparing tasty meals with ease, a dining table for four, and a comfortable, sunlit living area. After full days of fun, there will be no better place to relax than the shared hot tub in the lobby. Plus, with a nice balcony, a gas fireplace, and a flatscreen TV in each bedroom, you will have no lack of entertainment and comfort during downtime spent at home base!

This condo is located in the New Claim Condominiums in Prospector Square, a fantastic central Park City location! During the winter, you'll want to explore the 7,300 acres and 330 trails at Park City Mountain, just a little over a mile away. You can take full advantage of the free public transit system here which provides quick and easy access to Historic Main Street, Deer Valley Ski Resort, Park City Ski Resort, and Canyons Resort and throughout town. When the temperatures rise, head out on Park City's many biking and walking trails, such as the Rail Trail, or enjoy scenic chairlift rides, perhaps challenge a friend to a race down the Park City Alpine Slide. At the resorts, have some seasonal fun at the Oktoberfest celebration, peruse the Wednesday farmers markets, or catch a Saturday night concert in Canyons Village. And the Park City Golf Course is only a mile west. This condo is also within walking distance of Sundance Film Festival headquarters, the Eccles Theater, and some of Park City's finest restaurants.

Good value in great location, but not the nicest

This was the cheapest place I found in Park City for my stay so it did end up being a very good value for the size, but you sacrifice some things for that. The good: location right in free bus line means you don’t need a car, large comfortable space, great view of mountainsThe bad: WiFi barely worked (don’t plan to work here), cleanliness was lacking, not terribly charming but fine enough for a few days, entire building is weird architecturally but that doesn’t matter too much, noisy neighbors (this will depend on who is staying in other units but walls are thin)If you’re looking for an affordable place, this will certainly do the trick but don’t expect a first class experience

10 digit door code is kinda ridiculous. Suggestion make it last 4 digits of guest’s phone number.Tiny coffee maker and would be very nice to have filters (we left a pkg in cabinet for next guests)

Convenient place

Would recommend staying in this place! Only issue we had was that they didn’t list where the parking pass was so couldn’t find it for the first night. Customer service worked with us to find a solution temporarily, which would have been nice to avoid. Overall, nice place / as advertised

The property was suitable & met our needs for the 3 nights. My main complaints- very limited parking (my husband would make us beat it back to the complex from the ski slopes to try to get a parking spot) which defeated the purpose of a relaxing getaway. When we arrived, there were bulbs out in both bathrooms above the sinks & seeing as how the unit is older with no overhead lighting it made it hard to see. After looking in ALL drawers/cabinets in every room & not finding replacement bulbs, I contacted Vacasa who insisted there were replacements in a drawer. This went on for some time which was ridiculous & frustrating. My husband & I drove to the grocery store & bought more bulbs ourselves to replace so we could see. One of the chairs at the breakfast table was extremely rickety. The hot/cold water in showers were very sensitive, so sensitive that a gentle budge would scald you. Getting the door to lock from the outside of the unit was a challenge.

Warning: Uninhabitable Conditions - Avoid This Property!

I recently booked this property but could not stay there due to the extreme heat. Upon arrival, I found the temperature inside to be an unbearable 86°F. The fans provided were not efficient and did not offer any cooling effect; they only moved the hot air around. After checking out the conditions, I immediately left the property and contacted Vacasa to inform them that it was not suitable for staying. This forced me to find and pay for another place, incurring additional expenses on my budget. While dealing with this issue, I lost valuable work time needed to complete projects that were due the same day. Despite my concerns, Vacasa insisted they were in the right, citing their policy of no A/C mentioned in the listing. However, stating "No A/C" does not absolve them of responsibility when the provided fans are ineffective, making the property uninhabitable. Although they acknowledged that the owner is looking into installing central air conditioning, which is great for future guests, this property should not be available for booking until that is completed. Vacasa's automated communication system was frustrating to deal with. Each time I contacted them, I was met with different representatives who were not familiar with my issue, leading to repeated explanations and no resolution. Their lack of willingness to address the situation and their rigid policies show a clear disregard for customer satisfaction. For anyone considering this property, I strongly advise against it

Cheapest in Park City for a reason

Pros: - Clean - Great Location - Met our needs Cons: - The front bathroom door did not latch and therefore could not be locked. - In both bathrooms the shower knobs are not connected properly so it makes taking a shower challenging. This is unacceptable for a rental. - The front bathroom has a drywall patch that isn't painted. - The smoke detector in the front bedroom started chirping in the middle of the night for a low battery and woke us up. This a sign that the condo isn't receiving regular maintenance. - The parking lot wasn't cleared of snow. Even with an SUV with all wheel drive we got stuck trying to park (I recognize this is an HOA issue but should still be addressed). We rented the condo for a cheap ski weekend in Park City. The condo slept 4 adults very comfortably. The photos are accurate, the condo is dated, but clean and adequate. The condo was stocked with dishes, pots and pans for cooking. The condo management company "Vacasa" will send all communications through text which makes things pretty easy. All check-in information is texted when the condo is ready, building code, entry door code, etc. The check-out process was also very easy, put dishes in the dishwasher (but don't start it), and pile used linens on the floor.
