Casa Bonita - Spacious 4 bedroom home with free wifi and parking.

Amenities: large dining table, large Island, inviting living room, an enclosed patio that leads to the backyard where you can enjoy a pergola with a bar, fire pit, and outside 1/2 bathroom. Close to restaurants and bars. grocery shopping is 2 minutes drive, we are surrounded by the green belt trails.
We hope you enjoy our house and do good care of it, this is a four-bedroom house, 3 bedrooms, and a full bathroom are on the second floor, the master bedroom with a full bath is on the first floor. The kitchen and dining were remodeled to open up the space between the kitchen, dining, and living room, there is an office space next to the dining, and you can enjoy the enclosed patio while your kiddos are watching TV in the living room, S'more time! there is a fire pit outside.
The house is sanitized following CDC guidelines, is clean and sanitized after each guest's departure. We hope you enjoy it!

Great House!
We had a wonderful stay! The house & the property are very clean. It is a great layout! Every amenity is at your disposal. And neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house is just lovely with all the amenities.

Great family home in heart of Kingwood
Perfect home for our family to enjoy an early Christmas with family who lived nearby. Very comfortable home with everything you could need. The host even had a Christmas tree and Christmas decorations throughout the home which made everything so cozy and warm. House was very clean and check in was easy. Host supplied coffee, creamer, breakfast bars, bathroom soaps and shampoo so we didn’t have to rush out to the store. House is on a very quiet street and has a very nice backyard. There are walking trails near home as well. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!

Could use some fine tuning
The owner was very responsive both before the trip and during our stay. The photos and listing information is accurate. There are some things that could have been better, especially considering the price. The kitchen was nicely done but lacked supplies such as aluminum foil, Tupperware, etc. There were the very basics but nothing more. Several of the rooms needed blinds or better shades. Some of the outlets didn’t work and most of the bedrooms had limited furniture such as no dressers. As an owner myself for more than 10 years, I feel it is important to share my experience to inform other renters and perhaps also improve the experience for others in the future.

We Absolutely Loved Casa Bonita, Family Friendly, Beautiful Home on a Quiet Cul-De-Sac in Kingwood
My family and I enjoyed being the first guests to stay at Casa Bonita. Marta was an amazing host. The property was so beautiful and inviting. We felt at home from the minute we walked in. We had a great stay as a family and it was a great accommodation with all the children (3 under 3 and a baby), plenty of space for them to play! They also had a great time biking in the cul-de-sac. We enjoyed the layout of the home with the additional sunroom which was a beautiful added bonus. I hope to stay here every time I come to Kingwood. Everything was clean and nice! The kitchen design and layout was amazing! Five star accommodation as far as I am concerned, what a memorable Thanksgiving trip!

My husband and I have been married for over 30 years, we have 4 kids. We did many vacation trips with them when they were little because those are the memories that they will keep forever. One of the things that we struggle with, was finding good places to stay, during the time it was just hotel rooms and timeshares, we got in too few times' shares just because we like the way that it has a kitchen and living room, and we all can be together. But we realized that a week a year was not enough and we wanted to have more weekends or 3 days getaways. When we learned about vacation rental we loved it!

About 6 years ago my job changed from office to work from home, and more traveling around the country, that was way before pandemia, since I was spending more time at home I was not going out, usually, I used to go for lunch or drink with co-workers then I'll go home but since I was working from home I didn't have the transition, so my husband did things at home for me to relax after an all-day in front of the computer. We enjoy cooking, listening to music, dancing salsa, and good wine, he made this house a place to really relax, which we did and we hope you do too.
