Great little house’

Very tastefully decorated, everything you could forget was supplied, to my immense relief when we realized we forgot our toothbrushes!! Super comfy couch according to my teen!

Clean, Comfortable & Cozy

We were in the area for a wedding and had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful, newly renovated, cozy home. The house was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and had all the comforts of home. We entered the house to find a well organized binder with all the information we needed about our rental and lots of recommendations about what to do and where to go in the area. Janet was a fabulous host, and we knew she was only a phone call away if we had any questions or needed anything. If we are in the area again, I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else!

Super clean and convenient. Easy check in and communication with owner was excellent. The only reason I probably wouldn’t stay again is how uncomfortable the mattress were.

Tanglewood resting space

Janet's home was a great spot to stay overnight when we had tickets for Tanglewood. The home is easy to locate and right off of the Highway. It was recently renovated and very clean. We had everything we needed for our one night stay.

Great stay

Stayed with my family over Presidents Day weekend as we were skiing at Catamount. The house was about 10 minutes from the mountain and very easy to get too. The house was newly renovated and had everything we needed for our short stay.

Perfect solution.

The property exceeded expectations. It was larger than it appeared in the photos. The location was very convenient for our needs. We rented it for our mother and father for 4 days over Thanksgiving. It was immaculate and had all the necessities for their stay. They were cozy and comfortable. Janet was a very good communicator. We will definitely keep this property in mind for any future lodging needs.

Tanglewood Weekend

Thank you for a lovely weekend! The cottage was just right for the three of us - super clean, well-equipped, and quiet. Janet even had the AC on before our arrival and a Fourth of July bouquet on the table! We did learn on the return trip from Tanglewood that cell phone coverage can be spotty, so bring a printed map if you go!

A Night at Tanglewood

We were so pleased to see our rental. It was really well renovated and provided us with everything we needed. It was clean, cozy, and nicely furnished. We slept really well on the new mattresses, loved the heat lamps in the bathroom, relaxed in the nice living room and enjoyed all of the amenities. Will definitely come back for another stay!

Great little ski house

My family of four was up for a weekend of skiing. The house is a perfect location, just 10 min to Catamount. Nice mudroom for the gear. Cozy beds were so nice after a fun, tiring day. Janet makes getting in and out so easy. Perfect for a low-key trip.

Very Clean Nice Place to hang your hat

As the listing said very recently redone and updated and above all clean. Cute little house and quite comfortable. Communications with the hosts was excellent and easy and I was even able to extend a night due to a large storm that came through. Main bedroom is a decent size and the secondary bedrooms are just enough to lay your head down and get some rest. The property the house is on is quite small and is just off a busy-ish road so there is some car traffic that goes by that you can hear and see the lights. But there are shades in every window that helps. So very clean and well appointed through out. FYI The fridge was bare (And Clean!!) but depending on the cottage some owner tend to leave staples in them (Mayo, Ketchup,Butter etc) and some do not. Just for reference this one does not so bring any condiments you may need. Overall nice place and comfortable and would stay there again for the right price as compared to other locations that may have more amenities....(Fireplace, Grounds, Deck etc.) price wise.

The rental process was simple and Janet was accessible and available. The house was clean, lovely and as advertised. A perfect getaway for our ski weekend. FYI, to get to one of the small bedrooms, you have to walk through the larger bedroom
