The main floor has two bedrooms each with a queen size bed.
The second floor master has one queen bed with a sky light and pac 'n' play. The other has two twin bunk beds so you can bring the kids along.

Located close to a lake, hiking trails, indoor water parks (Split Rock, Kalahari, Great Wolf), Ski slopes (Big Boulder, Jack Frost), disc golf, Pocono Raceway, Mount Airy and more…

Entire space is included in this rental (excluding the shed). Please, make yourself at home.

Guests can also enjoy the lake for swimming and fishing (fishing license required). Paddle boat rentals are also available for a small fee. Guests also have access to our community volleyball court, basketball court, playground, pool (seasonal), arcade and restaurant.

I am here for you during your stay, or I can be invisible. It’s up to you. If needed, I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check in upon arrival.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Fresh linens and towels for up to 10 guests. We do not provide towels for the hot tub, lake or swimming.

Wifi speeds - download = 304Mbps and upload = 13 Mbps

Our cleaning fee is $250 due to the size of the house, providing clean linens and towels for each stay and the hot tub needing cleaned and disinfected after each use. If you let us know ahead of time that you will not be using the hot tub, we can take the $50 cleaning fee off the quote. However, if the hot tub is used during your stay we will need to add that charge back as we will need to have it cleaned and disinfected.

Great large family house

Very nice 4 bedroom 2 bath house! Was perfect for our two family of teenagers. They enjoyed the pool table and extra space to hang out. Hot tub was a nice bonus as well. Kitchen could be stocked a little better but overall we had what we needed. Would stay there again!

Great weekend getaway!

House was perfect for our family weekend with three generations and our grandpup. We loved the hot tub, fire pit and pool table. Everything was just as described. Would definitely stay again if going to the Poconos.

Great Stay

This house is great! We loved playing pool and enjoyed the large bonfire pit in the backyard. The layout of this house is great for a group of friends having a getaway in the Poconos.

Weekend getaway

This is the second time renting this property we love what it has to offer! The host is very quick to respond and very accommodating with our family and dogs which we love. The pool table is a big hit, as well as the hot tub and fire pit. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful if you are looking for a relaxing getaway. We will be back!

Great house in a great location!

Such a nice, clean house with lots of thoughtful touches. We loved the big back porch and hot tub. Everyone in our group enjoyed the many recliners. The location is excellent - highly recommend Jim Thorpe, and H20 waterpark. The community beach is beautiful. Check-in and communication were easy. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place

Loved the property, super clean, great sunlight, hot tub and pool table were great, entertainment options all around. We used the kitchen extensively and it fed a family of 10 multiple times. The dog loved it too!

Great mountain house for a group

Loved this house! So much to do and in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. House was super clean and cozy. Loved the pool table. We had an issue being able to dispose our trash at the end of the weekend so make sure you are able to get a trash pass from the homeowner or else you are driving home with it!🤣

Birthday Getaway

My family and I stayed at Kristy’s place for a couple of days to celebrate my birthday and it was absolutely wonderful. The house itself was very clean and spacious. We were able to grill outside and have a nice dinner with enough room at the table for all 8 people. We had two teens and a baby with us who were very entertained with the board games, pool table, and cornhole. We all enjoyed some time around the fire pit making s’mores at night. Kristy was very easy to reach, and the check-in process was incredibly seamless. My whole family loved the place and would definitely stay there again!

Quiet neighborhood in the Pocono Mountains. Lake access within a mile. During summer, there is a community pool. Many hiking trails nearby. Ski resorts only 10 minutes away. Pocono Raceway within 10 minutes. 3 different indoor water parks within 30 minutes (Kalahari, Great Wolf and Split Rock).

Enjoy quiet time in nature where many wildlife can be seen throughout your stay. Spend time around the fire pit with family, challenge someone in a game of pool, or just kick back and watch a movie in the living room with Sonos surround sound on the 55" Samsung TV.

Please remember this is a family rental and we ask there are absolutely no parties or large gatherings on this property. We want to be respectful to the community and our neighbors.

Guests must be 24 or older to book.

Please remove your shoes while in the house.

There are to be no fireworks of any kind due to community restrictions/fines.

The community requires all vehicles to have a car/trash pass and wristbands for the amenity access.

At least 72 hours prior to your check-in you are required to provide a government issued ID and vehicle and mailing information to receive passes. You are eligible to receive up to 3 passes.

All guests are required to dispose of trash at the community dumpster upon departure. The dumpster is located at 44 Towamensing Trail, Albrightsville, PA 18210.

Guests are advised to read and follow the rules of conduct of the Towamensing Trails community.

Due to it being a private residential community, we ask that noise levels be kept at a minimum between 10pm and 8am.

If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.

Bookings within 24 hours of check-in will require driver's license prior to check-in.
