Wonderful home

My family was in town for a weekend trip to Raleigh. The house was just as described, very clean and with all the essentials. Although we spent most of our time out of the house, when we were there it felt like home. Mitzi was a great communicator and made our stay worry free. I recommend this as a family friendly place to stay!

Nice house good location

Very well appointed with everything we would need and more. The yard was big enough for our 2 dogs. The owners communicated positively and promptly. We would definitely stay again.

Great space

Lovely time in Durham! We were staying close to other family and there was ample space to host the family for a meal and hang out time. The Foosball table was used quite a bit! I would have loved a more fully stocked kitchen with baking and cookware, but we had a lovely time in Durham!

Great place to stay in Durham!

We needed a place to stay in Durham while my husband had surgery and this place worked out great for my family. It's very clean and the beds were super comfortable. We liked that all the bedrooms had TV's. Nice yard if you have children or fur babies. Host was very easy to work with and responds quickly to questions.

Holiday Gathering

This property was perfect for our short visit. We were in town for a family holiday gathering at our nieces' house which was only 15 minutes away. The home was clean, well equipped, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. I would recommend it to others, and I would most certainly stay again.

The house is on a quiet street with plenty of parking. A nice new Publix is right down the road should you need anything. House is roomy and nicely appointed. Kitchen was well supplied and conducive to cooking for a good sized group. Would rent again for my annual get together.

Just What I Needed

Great stay for me and my family. Nicely equipped kitchen and enjoyed making homemade meals which was easy given the pots/pans/utensils. Very quiet neighborhood where I enjoyed walking my pup. Highly recommend.

Great spot

We really enjoyed our stay. We liked the TVs in each room. The backyard and porch were great. There were 5 of us total. My daughter, her 2 teenage sons, her fiancee and myself. There was plenty of space inside for everyone to have privacy, as well as get together and have some fun. We played foosball and cards one of the nights. Mitzi is a wonderful host, too! She messaged us on the 2nd night of our stay to make sure we were enjoying our stay and didn't need anything. Thank you so much! Highly recommended 🙂

College tours & golf

We were a group of four - two adults and two teens - touring colleges and playing golf. This property was exactly as described and suited our needs perfectly. Convenient to anything you might need and each of us had our own room. A little off the beaten path, but a short drive to any of the local attractions and schools. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean, quiet place to stay in Durham!

Awesome home!

The house is the best - it has everything you will need. It is such a beautiful home and we definitely felt "at home". The spoken word art gave us life everyday. The layout of the home worked perfectly for us. On top of this, the neighborhood is quiet, a short distance away from Publix, and a short drive to Walmart (we had to pick up a couple of things). I'm grateful for the amenities because that means I didn't have to drag a big tote full of things.

Clean, nice little touches

It is the little things that can make a difference. We arrived to lights on, a personalized note welcoming us, and toiletries in the bathrooms. The home was clean and well-supplied. We are Natives of Durham, The Bull City. My husband and I both grew up in Durham and meet at a very young age. This house is special to us because it was our first home. We love the trees in the backyard in the summer time and how cozy the house is at night when you sit outside on a warm spring/summer night. It makes you feel away from the city.

The spacious inside and out with a wooded backyard, the natural wildlife you may see and the quietness of hearing nature singing. Want to getaway from the city but still be relatively close? This is it!

The house is very close to some well known colleges. Durham, NC is the home of Duke University Champions and North Carolina Central University Champions. But the best known rivalry in America - UNC Chapel Hill is close by and of course our neighboring friends, NC State Champions! Also just 12miles from the house is Duke University Hospital and Duke Regional Hospital. Very close to great shops and restaurants in the Briercreek area.
The house is on dead end road, peaceful neighbors, large front and backyard, ceilings fans in each room even on the front porch. Gas Fire pit and wood burning fire pit.
