Guests NOT included in the reservation are NOT allowed to stay in the condo overnight.
We do not offer early check-in or late check-out. If you need to drop luggage, etc, please book the day before or day after. You are welcome to check-in from 4 PM to 11 PM, late check-in after 11 PM is not available owing to building entry policy. Please bring your ID to check in with the concierge. No ID will result deny of access or even fine around $750. This is a building HOA rule instead of host rule.
Check out time is 11am. Late check out need to be discussed with host and be agreed upon. Unauthorized late check out will result extra service fee and cleaning fee of at least $300.
Being located downtown we often host special events, prices are liable to change for these events.
NO PET in the building unless service pet with documentation. Unauthorized pet will result in fine around $600.
Please do not take our building fob after check out time. Missing Fob will result in fine of $100.
This is a residential building, please keep the noise to a minimum. If rules are violated, you may be asked to leave the building and fine around $250.
The Landmark building was built in 1963 and in doing so the air conditioning and heat are from the same area. Only the building has control over the thermostat, unfortunately. In each condo, It only controls the speed, and force of the air. So some times the weather outside will affect the temperature in the condo. Every year during March and Nov, guests might feel too warm or too cold, we will provide fans/ space heaters during that time. Please ask us the details before you book.
Other Things to Note:
Guests should note that the condo is located in the heart of the city and just like other city centers in the US, there are often houseless individuals smoking drinking around the area and outside of our building. Unfortunately this is something out of our control.
Also the building is under construction at the moment, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways to get rid off the smells, if you find them too loud at night, you can turn them off. Our parking lot is on-site but privately owned and the third party owner is not very responsible, so you may see some trash in the area. In addition, the parking lot can get creepy at night, please find another parking lot nearby if you are not comfortable. Once more, unfortunately this is also something out of our control.
AC and heating are available seasonally. The AC is a PTAC system - wall units controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. We check the weather frequently and try to notify guests if we think it can be problematic, which may happen in transition seasons like the start of Spring or Fall. If you have very high standards for the temperature, we may not be your good choice.
Please remember you are in a condominium with other residents and owners. As your hosts, we try as much as we can to be available from 830am to 930pm but please note - we may be in a meeting, at a doctor's appointment, and after-hours, sleeping. If you need a lot of assistance after hours and guaranteed immediate responses during the day, this may not be the condo for you.
