Tolle Wohnung am Strand mit Meerblick! SEHR SAUBER! Innen mit Parkettböden, Granit und Edelstahlgeräten renoviert. Condo ist sehr kinder- und erwachsenenfreundlich. Gehen Sie direkt zum Strand und Minuten zum Pier, Hafen, Kinos und Restaurants. Wifi inklusive und funktioniert im gesamten Komplex und am Strand in der Nähe des Komplexes.

Oceanside liegt günstig in der Nähe von San Diego und Orange County. Wir sind eine kurze Fahrt nach Legoland. Etwas weiter (30-45 Minuten) nach Disneyland oder San Diego Zoo.

Der Bahnhof in Gehweite für direkte Verbindungen in die Innenstadt von San Diego oder Anaheim.

Der Safaripark ist eine wunderbare Abwechslung zu einem traditionellen Zoo (ebenfalls im Besitz von S. D. Zoo - aber in North S. D. County (ca. 30 Minuten Fahrt).

Egal, ob Sie einen Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen von schönem Wetter suchen oder aktiv sind, dieses Gerät ist perfekt für Sie! Der Strand ist ein großartiger Ort zum Entspannen, nichts geht über das Rauschen der Wellen an der Küste, um Stress abzubauen (wir stellen Ihnen die Stühle und den Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung) - oder setzen Sie sich einfach auf den Balkon! Sie können auch einen schönen Spaziergang am Strand zum Pier oder Hafen (1/3 Meile) genießen.

Der Strand ist immer wunderschön, aber Sie möchten mehr Action, wenn Sie 0,5 km zum Hafen fahren, um Boote, Jetskis / Wellenläufer, Kajaks, Paddelboards, Paddelboote und mehr zu mieten! Oder laufen Sie zum Pier (1/3 Meile), um Fahrräder oder Surfbretter zu mieten (wir stellen Boogie-Boards zur Verfügung). Sie wissen nicht, wie man surft? Kein Problem! Sie können Unterricht am Pier nehmen!

San Diego ist bekannt für seine Mikrobrauereien und Oceanside hat einige großartige! In Temecula und San Diego gibt es auch einige großartige Weinproben.

Der Hafen bietet Walbeobachtungsausflüge (saisonal) und Hochseeangelausflüge. Wenn Sie gerne angeln, können Sie auch vom Pier aus angeln.

Auch in der Umgebung gibt es tolle Golfplätze, Weinproben und Bierproben (wir haben viele lokale Brauereien) in S. D. und Oceanside!

Wir werden weniger als 7 Tage nur für Last-Minute-Vermietungen in Betracht ziehen! Wir buchen normalerweise wöchentlich mit Samstag als Umstellungstermin.

Great place with great beach access

We enjoyed our stay and the property has everything you would need to make a great vacation. The pool is clean and not super busy and the beach is very accessible and great for swimming. Will be returning again.

We will definitely be back!

Great condo, wonderful pool and hot tub. This condo has everything you need for a beach vacation. Chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards and ice chest with wheels! We absolutely loved the super-cool path to the beach. Our kids enjoyed feeding the koi fish. Laundry facilities, ping pong foosball, pool table, gym and more!! Would recommend this property for families who like to hang out together!! We have no complaints and will be back next year.

Property was clean comfortable, but felt a little bit run-down (missing trim, cabinets in a bit of disrepair, beach umbrella broke on first use, towel holder loose/fell off, front door did not latch--had to use deadbolt, etc). Overall, a decent value for the location, etc. Nice beach access, pool, hot tub, etc.

This place was great! On the beach, walking distance to pier and harbor. We fell in love with oceanside on this trip. The koi are amazing, the condo is clean and renters are very freadly and there for you if you need them.

Beach Condo

Needed to bring own bath soap and dish soap unfortunately. Should remove other people's used shampoos and toiletries and other items from the premises before new guests arrive and possibly supply some cute little NEW shampoos and soaps. Coffee pot was unusable, needed to be cleaned. Otherwise lovely location, beds are very comfortable, beautiful pool and grounds. Enjoyed the stay.

Perfect for us!

The location was beautiful. We could see the beach/ocean from the balcony & ate breakfast each morning outside. The kids loved collecting shells & even tried out the boogie boards provided in the beach closet. The pool & hot tub were a welcomed way to unwind after busy days at the amusement parks/zoos. We were close to restaurants & felt secure. It was great having a covered/reserved parking space. The only thing we needed was kleenx & toilet paper. Everything else we needed was provided.

Nice place, great owners

The check in was not smooth and theCondo was not ready. Several factors caused this. The owners were on it! The HOA and security were the best. Several times others parked in our spot. The security found them and had them move. Not sure how they did that so quickly, but impressed. The condo was perfect for us. Very pleased.

Great location and fully stocked!

My husband and our two kids (3 and 6) enjoyed a 4 night stay here. The condo was stocked with all beach necessary items for a family of four, including sunscreen! The location was perfect for walking to the beach, along the "boardwalk", and to the great community pool/spa and game room. We drove across a little canal bridge to eat at Joe's Crabshack. The salmon, hush puppies, shrimp, crab and margaritas were delicious. We went to Seaport Village in San Diego to shop, (about 30 minutes) and took The Seal Tour, which is an open air bus/boat around San Diego and then into the sea. We saw seals and sea lions, as well as many Naval ships/museums, along the 90 minute narrated tour. The owners were responsive and helpful, definitely have our recommendation!

Beautiful Grounds and Great Location

The grounds and location were great, loved the pool, spa, and gym. The unit itself is rather dated. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The last tenant didn't run the dishwasher and housecleaning didn't do it either - couldn't figure out what the smell was for a few days. I'm giving our stay 4 stars based on the overall experience however the unit itself would be 3 stars - needs to be updated.

Needs updating and a better cleaner

We got to the place after a long day of travel and the unit smelled really musky and moldy. We walked around and found moldy pillows in a wicker trunk and on the fans, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and sand on one of the beds. Tried calling the owners and no reply, spent three hours on the phone with VBRO and they finally put us up in a hotel for three nights, which cost us an extra $350.00 for parking. The place really needs to be updated with better furnishings and blackout curtains. Should also get better fans. After all that the owners were responsive.

Some improvements needed

I have stayed multiple times in various properties throughout this complex. This condo is somewhat outdated. The couch was dirty with stains and the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on. The kitchen was missing a trashcan. Had to use a trashbag tied to the refrigerator door. Plenty of beach items, but this condo needs improvements. I'm sure that is the reason we were able to rent for such a reasonable rate. Overall we LOVE this complex though.

Disappointing

I've stayed in North Coast Village several times and this was the first time I've been disappointed with my rental. Wireless info provided was incorrect and it required many calls and a visit from the service provider to get it straightened out. Furnishings were functional but could have used some attention -- towel rack was broken, screens were torn, drawers and shelves were cluttered with partially used items. Unit was missing some things I'd expect -- trash bags, soap for the shower, dishwasher detergent. All in all, adequate...but nothing that said, "Welcome to your vacation. Relax and enjoy...."

We recently purchased this as a vacation home and we love it so much we decided to share it with others as a rental when we aren't using it.

We looked at many units in the complex prior to purchasing and felt that this unit stood out for its location, cleanliness and upgrades. It is highly upgraded and modern inside. It is perfectly located on the south side of the complex which is warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer! Also, the unit is one of the quieter units to ensure a better nights rest!

We hope you are as impressed by the details as we are. Because this is our home we are very selective about the quality and quantity of renters.

The complex is very clean, well maintained and conveniently located to everything. The amenities are unparalleled in the area. The pools, spa, BBQ area, community rooms (including pool tables, foosball, and ping pong), gym and common areas are impeccable. They have wonderful room that can be reserved for special events like weddings, birthday parties or family reunions.
