☆ THE BUILDING: You will be sharing the building with two other units, three in total. This unit is located on the 2nd floor, with two smaller units below. The entire building can be rented at the same time for larger groups.

☆ PARKING: this unit comes with one off street parking spot. There is a paid lot a block away for more cars overnight.

Interaction with guests:

We value your privacy and offer a flexible and convenient self-check-in process. Keypad entry codes and check-in instructions are given 24 hours before your arrival date. We are also available by phone or through the app for any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay.

Other details to note:

☆ This building is directly between of the beach boardwalk and Mission Blvd (restaurant strip), in a lively vacation area, so be prepared for outdoor noise from people walking by.

☆ We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

☆ The home has heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

☆ Please note that this is also a neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.

☆ There is a pet fee of $100 that covers the extra deep cleaning measures we take for the home.

☆ There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 8 guests.

☆ Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedules to accommodate these requests.
