The bedroom has a new king bed with direct access to the bathroom. Our private balcony overlooks the pool and hot tub, perfect for keeping an eye on the kids while they enjoy the seasonally heated pool. Brand new full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Good Vibes is the perfect place for a couple or a family to enjoy their next beach vacation. Bike rentals are steps away and the scenic 30A path is right outside the door. Ride to nearby Grayton Beach and Seaside. Enjoy the shopping and dining that surround the Gulf Place Amphitheater which is just steps from our front door. The beach is directly across the street with private access for Good Vibes guests!
Gulf Place Caribbean amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, picnic tables, charcoal grills, and beautifully landscaped grounds. Open parking for two vehicles per condo.

White sand beaches and crystal blue waters abound alone thirty plus paved miles of walk/run/bike paths which stretch out on 30A. You'll love exploring, shopping, the local dining, or get ice cream. Fresh seafood shops within cycling distance. Six miles to Seaside Market, three miles from Publix Grocery store on 98, and easy walk to the beach! Fine and casual dining opportunities from breakfasts to dinner as well as proximity to bike and beach rentals. Easy drives to Rosemary beach, the Hub, Panama City Beach or Destin.

CANCELATION POLICY: Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
Accidental Damage Protection: Your Admin Fee includes an accidental damage protection plan. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible for paying if there is accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2500. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, and/or damages caused by pets. All guests will also be required to provide a credit card for damages that exceed the protection limit or are not protected by the plan.
The primary Guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter's Agreement and upload a copy of their ID.
