Curl up after a long day of frolicking at the beach and watch your favorite show on the large 90inch LED Smart TV lounging in any one of the two full size recliners or expand the New full size Sofa Bed in living room. Fully Stocked Game Cabinet with board games, puzzles, and activities to keep everyone busy and a selection of DVDs. Full High Speed 200MBS WiFi to enjoy all electronics. Have some work to catch up on? Guest bedroom has folding desk that can be relocated and used from anywhere in unit.

Entire Condo was renovated and all furniture replaced May of 2024.

When you are ready to crash, take a well-deserved nap in the bedroom on the super plush, king size bed! The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds with tempurfoam mattress pads. Their is an additional twin XL folding cot with Tempurpedic Mattress located under twin bed. Can also lounge out on the Sofa Bed in living room. Keep an eye on the kiddos at the pool right from your living room or just allow them to play right outside the patio as you are on the ground floor. Pool is just steps away from your Private lanai. Or, perhaps meander down the pathways of the shared courtyard to the outdoor "living room" featuring comfy chairs and loungers. Meet some new friends up on the sundeck equipped with several Stainless Professional Gas grilles, brand new shuffle board courts, and plenty of tables and seating to enjoy any event right on the ocean front. For those that love swimming, you can use one of two large pools, one cool pool for those super hot days, and the other heated pool for those night dips or winter trips. We provide 4 beach chairs, coolers, beach cart, kids beach toys, noodles.

Conveniently located just minutes away from Flagler Ave and one of Florida's last driving beaches allows you to even bring your vehicle on the beach, and right up to the back of your condo steps.
