Located in a quiet part of Sunset Beach. Just 1.9 miles to the beach.

This first floor unit is in the Sea Trail Community overlooking the 18th hole of the Maples Golf Course. A restaurant and bar is right across the street with live entertainment at House's Bar and Grill; The pools are easy to get to. This unit is a 1BD/1Bath with a pull out sleeper sofa.
The unit sleeps 4 and has a screened in porch. The unit has a keyless entry for self check-in. Towels and linens are included.

This is a one bedroom condo lockout unit. Located on the 18th hole of the Maples Golf Course.

Parking is free and in front of the condo. There is plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with lots of places to walk and great pools. The beach is just 1.9 miles away and a quick drive or bike ride for the more adventurous.

There is a pool in the parking lot. This is not the neighborhood pool but a private club pool. You can pay to access this pool but I suggest a short drive or 7 minute walk to the Maples Activity Center pool. See the guide book in the unit for maps.

Diese Wohnung befindet sich in Strandnähe und liegt in der Gegend Sea Trail, einem Stadtviertel von Sunset Beach. Cherry Grove Pier ist einen Ausflug wert, wenn du etwas unternehmen möchtest. Weekend stay

We enjoyed a long weekend in this Sea Trail villa. The condo was just as described. Lots of space throughout. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated all of the seatingin the living area. James was super helpful getting us bboked!

Wonderful Visit

Thanks to the host for a great condo and wonderful support for our stay. Despite The hurricane to the west the weather was 85% great, and the suite was awesome clean and well apportioned. Book with confidence!

Stayed a month with no surprises

Being the bottom floor of a three story condo apartment complex we were worried it would be noisy but it was fantastic. No noise except for the occasional bird or large truck on the road across the golf course. Would have loved the have room darkening shades in the bedroom

Cozy, convenient and complete

We were moving from one home to another in the area, so we know the area well. This condo was perfect. Everything you might need and more. The property manager was very attentive and available if we needed to reach out, but did not need to. We brought our small pet, who was also very comfortable, and a nice walk was easily accessible. I would highly recommend this property.

Relaxing at Sunset Beach

The condo was well situated near the lovely town park and just a short drive to Sunset Beach. Being on the lower level was great and watching the golfers on the 9th fairway was relaxing. Food store and restaurants are nearby. In all Rex (my dog) and I had a good vacation from the cold north.

Just right for couple with dogs

The unit was nice and clean with plenty of room for us and two dogs. We enjoyed the convenience of first floor location overlooking the Maples course, 18th hole. Plenty to do nearby, though the restaurant and bar next door is closed. The host was readily available (though we had no needs or problems).
