Devil's Thumb Cross Country Center awaits in 14 minutes, and the Fraser Tubing Hill is 1.6 miles south. Solstice Winter Bistro serves up delicious tapas and craft cocktails 1.2 miles from your door.

LIVING AREAS

Both bedrooms have their own private balconies, and another mountain-view balcony sits just off the welcoming living room.

A comfy sofa, love seat, and armchair surround a 55” TV and a stone gas fireplace in the living room. Settle in for a relaxing evening with a movie after a day of outdoor adventure.

This single-story condo sleeps six guests in two peaceful bedrooms, both with a private balcony.

A queen-size bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed make the guest room ideal for friends, kids, and families. The adjacent bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and shared coin-operated laundry facilities. Unassigned parking is available for two cars in the outdoor lot on a first-come, first-serve basis.

This third-floor (top floor, with no neighbors above) unit is accessed via stairs. Although this complex does not have A/C, it is rarely needed with the mild summer temperatures at elevation 8,500’.

THE LOCATION

A complimentary winter shuttle service takes you to the ski lifts and shops. It's a short walk to the bus stop, then Winter Ski Resort is just 13 minutes away.

When dining out, Sharkey's Eatery is a delicious place to fuel up before a ski day 1.5 miles from the condo. Head to a scrumptious meal at Durbar for Himalayan, Nepalese, and Indian fare in 2.4 miles. Pepe Osaka's Fishtaco serves an eclectic mix of Asian fusion as well as fish and chips in 3.5 miles.

Coming to Fraser in the warmer months? Arrive at pristine Georgetown Lake in less than an hour's drive. St. Mary's Glacier is an iconic hike just over an hour southeast.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Ski trip

Great apartment, the only downfalls were that the hot tub was not working but the company worked with us on that and communicated well. The griddle in house is missing the chord and the master bed is VERY soft, not a comfy sleep. The other 3 beds were fantastic though and we found it to be clean and well stocked. Would stay here again!

Very Cozy Place!

Our family of four enjoyed our stay. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for our Winter Park ski adventure! The location is perfect... close to the grocery store, local restaurants, and minutes away from Winter Park.

Nice comfy condo in great location but fixtures & fittings a bit tired.

Generally had a comfy and enjoyable stay at 303 Jaberwocky. Location is great with top floor mountain views and a Winter Park bus stop right out the front. Safeway and the town of Fraser a short 5 minute drive away. We stayed for a 5 week period during Jan/Feb ski season. The condo was quiet and cosy, although a bit eclectic and rustic in the interior decor design. Unfortunately some of the fittings and fixtures were not up to par. Broken vertical curtains in the spare room meant the cold was permeating in to the point that the room could not adequately hold heat. Also the night time street lamp was beaming into the room. Contacted Vacasa to no avail so took it upon ourselves to purchase a new fabric curtain and hang. Also the toilet was sporadically running and the dishwasher was leaking (to the point that it was dripping into the condo below!). With a little maintenance and TLC this condo could be fantastic, but although the issues didn't stress us too much, our overall experience was tarnished by the wear and tear on the place.

Comfortable and convenient, but could be a bit more user-friendly.

This condo looks like the pictures. It's clean, comfortable, and was very functional for our family of four (including two teenagers). It's a little cozy and the bathrooms a bit tight, but it was fine for a couple of days. It's in Fraser, about 3 miles from Winter Park (town) and 5-6 miles from the ski area and is served by shuttles. In other words, it could be closer, but is priced accordingly, so that's a fair tradeoff. The unit is managed by Vacasa, a reasonably large management company in that area. The information provided ahead of time was sufficient, but basic. Every VRBO I've ever stayed in has a binder of useful information, wifi, what to do with trash, shuttle routes, where's the hot tub, numbers to call, other amenities, what the several sets of keys are for. Entry to the unit was by a keypad, which is good. The code was 10 digits, which seems about 5 digits longer than needed. I eventually memorized this, but really? Some of the information was delivered by text messages. This is not a big deal, but a little more effort could have clued us in more than we were. There is also no ski storage, except to haul all the gear up two flights and leave it on the balcony. Texts to the company to clarify some of this appeared to be answered by a ChatBot with little useful information.

Cozy and Comfortable

Perfect space for our weekend ski adventure. The rooms were spacious and very clean when we arrived. The location is very convenient to the town. Skiing was made easy by having a bus stop right at our doorstep. Overall, it was a great spot for our weekend in winter park.

Beautiful view!

Love the balconies and the view! Property is dated, but has newer carpet. Unfortunately there is carpet in the bathrooms. It is on the purple shuttle line so don’t need a car but it is certainly easier to have a car as you can’t really walk anywhere. Found several dirty dishes so that is why I rated the cleanliness as ok.

Great winter condo

The condo was very nice and clean and looked just like the photos. It was a quiet building with a nice porch to enjoy the beautiful view. We also enjoyed the gas fireplace. It would be a little hard to find without google maps though as the streets are not marked with names. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked with all you need for meal prep. The 10 person hot tub was close to the unit. If you want to use the hot tub be sure to bring plastic cups as glass is not allowed and the condo only had one plastic cup. We did not use the shuttle bus but we saw a bus stop in front of the building several times a day. I would recommend this condo.
