Welcome to a relaxing get-away at our 3-bedroom/2-bath well-maintained vacation house. Designed and situated with a ‘slow’ pace in mind. The property is located in a quiet and safe residential area – great place for a restful and comfortable retreat near the Golf Coast.

You will enjoy a serene home-away-from home complete with a refreshed interior and new flooring throughout. The home also features a covered lanai fully furnished to enjoy breakfast, dinner or just to lounge around. For an al fresco lounge space, there is an outdoor fire pit in the backyard providing an extension of the home where you can relax and socialize. The home is equipped with a kitchen, baths, washer/dryer set and all the household essentials. It has also been strategically set-up to be functional and practical to accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably with 4 beds (King – [sleeps 2], Queen – [sleeps 2], 2 twin beds [sleeps 2]) along with an expandable trundle day bed [sleeps 1], convertible sofa sleeper bed from the living room couch [sleeps 2] and a convertible futon sofa bed [sleeps 1-2]. This home is ideal for couples, families and friends looking for a break from the bustle of life to enjoy time in nature’s lap with golden sunshine, glimmering beaches, glittering sands and mineral-rich waters which have been reputed to have therapeutic and healing powers.

You will have access to the entire home. However, please note: the garage is not available to be parked in.

Family Friendly Space

This property was perfect for our family to hang out between visits to Grandma's, the FL Aquarium and the beach. There was plenty of space for all to sleep (8 adults and 2 children), to eat, to play games and to watch movies. The space was bright, spacious and clean. There were plenty of linens, towels and dishes for all. Thank you Anna and Vrbo for making this a very memorable visit.

Quiet and relaxing

Very quiet, clean and spacious house made our stay a success. Three BRs and full baths would allow a large group to stay. Midway between Venice and Punta Gorda and about 30 minutes to beaches. Anna was very quick to answer any questions and was a super host. Highly recommend for a quiet Florida visit!

Braves Spring Training Games

This home is close to Cool Today Park and Braves Spring Training Games. The home is very comfortable, well maintained and has plenty of space, including a screened porch and backyard fire pit. Beds are comfortable and linens plentiful. It was one of the best stocked homes we’ve stayed in (although it would be good to purchase a container for ice). You do have to get used to not flushing toilet paper but not a major problem. Our host was good with communication. We would stay here again.

Great Place…As Advertised

We were in town for the College Snowbird Baseball games. This place was in a quiet neighborhood and 15 minutes from Centennial Park. Everything was as advertised and Anna was easy to communicate. I would recommend this place if your looking in the area of North Port.

Everything we needed

The house was very nice and spacious. Loved everything about it. Only odd aspect is not being able to flush TP. Other than that it was well worth the price.

Comfy little gem

We wanted to stay in North Port because we like the area and it’s a short drive to Englewood and Venice. It’s about 45 minutes to Sarasota Airport as well. The home was very comfortable and had everything that we needed for our vacation home. We loved the back porch and kitchen! The TV was a good size too. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. We had a great visit to North Port!

Nice stay!!!

Pros: Nice neighborhood, Tons of supplies, excellent place to stay, wonderful host. Cons: Ice maker not hooked up and no ice cube trays available. Not being able to flush toilet paper was hard to get used to but understood the reasoning why! Would stay again if we would be welcomed back! Thank you!!!

We were happy to be in this house!!!!

Here we felt at home! We were surrounded by care for us. The house had everything you need for swimming in the ocean, laundry and kitchen!

Hello! My name is Anna. After vacationing in Florida last year, my family fell in love with the North Port area and moved to be closer to the Gulf Coast. I am originally from California where I grew up in the Central Valley. For quite some time now we’ve been dreaming of hosting a getaway home on Vrbo. We were considering multiple opportunities on the West Coast, but after vacationing in Florida enjoying the beautiful warm beaches, fresh ocean air and the warm mineral spring park we were sold! Especially after my aging parents, who have been struggling with some chronic medical conditions (asthma, chronic dry cough and arthritis) noticed that their aches and coughs had decreased after spending time in the mineral-rich water, soaking in the sun and just breathing the non-smoggy ocean breeze air – that’s when the idea was born to share with others not only a vacation destination, but also a place that has the potential to offer therapeutic components. As we begin our hosting adventure on Vrbo, we want to offer a beneficial vacation with all the comforts of home, mixed with the excitement of experiencing something new, balanced with friendly but unobtrusive hospitality. After you share your stay with us, we hope that you’ll say we exceeded your expectations!
