Located on the ocean side of Coastal Highway in Bethany Beach, this vacation condo offers amazing views of the ocean. Sea Colony has indoor and outdoor swimming pools and tennis courts, a trolley, and optional activities. Take advantage of the nearby beach, boardwalk, and downtown Bethany Beach, and sample delicious food from the many restaurants. Annapolis and Brandywine buildings offer outside grills on a grassy area outside of the building. This oceanfront condo is well maintained and offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and living, dining, and kitchen areas. Updates include a new table and chairs in the dining area, as well as a new king-size mattress and box spring in the primary bedroom. Enjoy the oceanfront balcony and watch your favorite movies on the TV. A wonderful getaway awaits!

Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests ages four years and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
There will be nearby construction through mid-May 2024. There will be noise, but the vacation rental will be accessible at all times. Please use caution when entering the building and obey signage.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
