This charming, multi-level vacation home showcases Bethany living at its finest. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood away from the beach hustle, it is roughly a 10-minute walk to downtown Bethany and the Boardwalk. You're also a quick walk to the Bethany Library, which offers programs for kids all summer long.

The house has four bedrooms plus a den, three full bathrooms, and several spacious outside living spaces. On the first level, you’ll find an attached garage and a covered porch along the front of the house. There is a large den with a gas fireplace and a private bedroom suite with a full bath at the rear of the house. The second floor has a large, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with a gas fireplace. Here, you'll also find a primary suite with an en suite bathroom and deck access, two additional bedrooms, and a full bathroom.

Out the back door, you will find a large, covered deck with a covered outdoor shower. Full laundry is also available downstairs. A charming front balcony is the perfect place to catch the afternoon sun with a pre-dinner beverage. The palatial screened porch at the rear provides a summer-long, shady, bug-free outdoor retreat with enough space for family meals and for lounging on comfortable couches and chairs. A garage door opener, beach gear, and a gas grill are provided.

THINGS TO KNOW
This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
