PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Upon entering your apartment, you will find an inviting foyer leading to a comfortable living room with two sofas, a bright dining area that opens onto a large terrace with a sea view, and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with an expansive countertop.
On this level, there is also a bedroom with a double bed, reversible air conditioning, and a TV, as well as a shower room and a separate WC.
A staircase leads to the upper level (note: the staircase is not recommended for young children).
Upstairs, you will discover a second en-suite bedroom with a desk area and a sofa, a shower room with WC, and, most notably, access to a rooftop terrace facing south and east.
This outdoor space is furnished with sun loungers, a high table, and chairs, all offering panoramic sea views.
The added convenience of a private underground garage is at your disposal.

From Nice Airport: 30 minutes by car via the A8 motorway.
From Cannes train station: 10 minutes by car or a 25-minute walk.
