With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this retreat is perfect for couples, small families, and even solo travelers.

THINGS TO KNOW
Guests who book from May 18 to September 4 may have one parking pass per unit. Reservations made outside this date range will receive one parking pass per bedroom. Additional parking passes may not be purchased on-site no matter the time of year.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This place was perfect. Rooms were clean. Just enough room. Very comfortable. When I come back down I’ll be booking here again.

A good room if you don't plan on staying inside much

Laundry closet door nearly fell off and hit me. TVs were a mixed bag. Overall, I was satisfied with my vacation, if not the accommodations. I got a decent price for a beachfront rental, but now I see why.

This was half way corrected by management but you should never have to walk into a condo that you spent that much money on and have your bedding be dirty. Nice view from balcony. Kitchen well stocked. Complex itself is nice. Short walk to beach and the pool was nice.

Great Location
It was very clean and had super easy beach access! Communication with Vacasa via text was simple and I loved the self check in for preventing the need to stand in line at an office. My only complaint was that the listing stated we would have two parking passes, but the check in instructions that came in the days immediately before our trip stated we would only be allowed one due to it being peak season. I completely understand that, just be aware when booking May-September you’ll only be allowed one pass. There was public parking a few blocks away for my son when he came for a visit, but it would have helped if he’d been able to park closer. The location was perfect with multiple restaurants and shopping options within walking distance.

Beautiful views! Very roomy!
The condo was very spacious for being a two bedroom with plenty of seating. The views were just amazing for it not being direct facing. The kitchen was very well appointed. Just be sure to bring coffee filters or K-Cups. I had to fashion one out of a paper towel. The exterior building just feels a bit rundown. The inside of the condo was very clean. However, a fresh coat of paint needs to be put on the trim so that it feels clean. It was very close to a lot of great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

What was advised
The place was clean. It was nice that the larger master bath is the one that was attached to the room that slept 4. Make a store run when you get there if you are staying longer than 2 days. There was only 2 trash bags, no coffee filters, 1 roll of paper towels, and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Grab some salt and pepper too. The view from the balcony was better than I expected.

Quiet comfortable condo
I've rented many condos in my lifetime. I normally rent the newer condo's with all the perks and most of the time they are loud and crowded. This condo is older but the walls and ceiling are thick and for the most part sound proof. I was comfortable and it is close to the beach. The complex is small enough it doesn't feel crowded. The only issue I had was the furniture on the balcony is dirty and uncomfortable and needs to be replaced.

Could not do much cooking in this condo. The pots and pans were disgusting and in horrible shape.
Great location, lots of towels provided. Only problem was you couldn't do much cooking at all. The pots, pans and baking sheets were disgusting and in horrible shape. We had to eat out at almost every meal.

Not bad, not great either...
I've stayed at quite a few Meyer (now Vacasa?) Rentals before with a majority of them being next door at Island Shores. This building is obviously on the older side. Only 1 elevator which didn't seem very reliable. The unit itself was NOT child friendly, which was odd because with the bunk beds I would have assumed it would have been geared toward families with young kids. Not a single plastic cup or cereal bowl in the place so the 4 year old kept me stressed as she had to use heavy glass dishes. The living area felt cramped and the glass coffee table was always in the way getting knocked into. In the same way the wall mounted TV in the 2nd bedroom was always getting knocked into. While "fully stocked" with basic kitchen utensils we did find ourselves having to improvise and scramble/necessity purchase quite a few things that we weren't expecting to have to. The view of the ocean was great though and the beach access was easy and convenient. All in all it's not a bad place to stay, just don't go in with 5 star expectations.
