Absolutely awful, save your money!
There was dirty bathing suits and food in the couch on the pullout bed. Trash, toys and food under the beds. Dirty dishes in the cabinets. Blankets that smelt like a dirty musty old house. The walk way/stairs smelt like cigarette and weed smoke. When we called for assistance we were greeted with the remark of "do you really need me to come clean that up?" — when we asked for a cleaning refund we were given a $58 refund which is a slap in the face after washing the bedding and towels ourselves and our kid had to sleep on the floor all week. It sleeps 6 and we were given exactly 4 towels that felt stiff, scratchy and hard.
The condo was outdated, beds and pillows hard as a rock, the WI-FI and TVs didnt work half of the time, the sofa bed was broken and Vacasa KNEW about it when we called stating it was stuck in the air forcing our kid to sleep on the dirty floors.
After several calls and texts a few Vacasa cleaning and maintenance people came but nothing was truly fixed or made right. They were clearly frustrated for us but had limited access or resources to help us themselves. The people on the phone and local property managers could have cared less and made that very clear.
We spent a lot of money and worked very hard to come on this trip. The CONDO was not worth it. We travel a lot, we are not hard to please and complain very little. We hardly leave reviews so the fact that I’m taking the time to do this says ALOT. Never, ever again.
