Welcome to the Wharf! Come for the comfort and stay for the views at this lovely property where your balcony overlooks the boating activity at a nearby marina and the ever-flowing variety of vessels cruising the Intracoastal Waterway. This condo offers space for the little ones with a sofa sleeper in the living area and bunk bunks in the hallway, and the main suite is equipped with a luxurious bed that offers a view of the boulevard dotted. Beautiful tile makes up the walk-in tile shower in the bathroom, without a tub.

The on-site gym is the perfect place for a workout before heading to the beach. The Oasis is only a quick drive away, where you'll have access to ample parking and additional amenities including a pool, hot tub, lazy river, and kid's pool. Shops, restaurants, and entertainment options are just a few steps away from your condo. Truly, you'll enjoy your stay here!

Nice condo but won’t be back.

Location is good and the condo is nice but not comfortable for more than 2 people. The twin beds are hard as rocks and the pull out couch wasn’t much better. All the bed linens were super thin and fortunately we brought some blankets with us. The main reason we picked this place was for the pool area but the description on the listing is not very thorough. You either have to drive or take a Tram(when it’s running). Definitely no walking to the pool and then find out when we get there that no outside food/drink even water bottles are allowed in the pool area because there is a restaurant on site. Be ready to spend some money on overpriced chicken tenders.

This place was phenomenal. Everything you need is within walking distance. The room was clean and far exceeded our expectations. Definitely recommend and we will be back soon.

Work trip

I had a business trip but wanted to stay in a home to have access to a kitchen. This condo is perfect! The Wharf is a beautiful home/business district and we had plenty of options for meals and entertainment.

Great Location for a Concert

Property location was awesome. Plenty of shops and restaurants to walk to. Condo was clean and had a great view of the marina. Was able to walk to The Wharf Ampitheater for a concert and didn't have to deal with any traffic, which was wonderful. Pool was also very nice!

Good stay-moldy shower

The location alone would make us come back. The condo was over all clean except if you looked a little closer there’s black mold in the shower and old food running down the front of the range. The owner also stopped by unannounced and came into the condo while we were out. To change a mattress on a bunk bed. Very uneasy feeling to know someone was in “our space” without reaching out to us prior & just leaving a note on the back of a mattress tag. For that reason we would never rent this condo again.

The unit was great! Perfect location and just like advertised. We found it was a little larger than expected and very comfortable. The parking could have been explained a little better but otherwise it was fantastic!!

Over all the place was great, condo was very nice and the atmosphere was great. Management company has no idea about parking, need to get there east and west figured out. If the room is on the west half of the building you parking in the west garage, if room is on the east half on the building park in the east garage.

It was difficult to unload and load up when we left. We couldn't park on the third level but we had to unload there since the carts only serviced the third level. This was the only part of our stay that wasn't totally satisfactory.

Delightful stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay in The Wharf 515! The bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed. The bathroom has a huge tiled shower - So nice! The two bunks tucked-away along the hallway were so cozy for our girls. The kitchen has great flow and is well-equipped for cooking. The laundry room is so big and handy for wet/sandy clothes. The living area is very cozy. The balcony porch is huge and has a great view of the water along the Intercoastal Waterway. So lovely to see in the mornings while drinking your coffee! Highly recommend The Wharf 515!

Nice place to stay. Easy access to everything.

Great location! Great view of the Marina. Enjoy music from the bands downstairs from back balcony. Only problem we came across was the locks on the door. The automatic "deadbolt" can be turned but if you pull the door handle it just unlocks and opens. This was a HUGE problem with our 3 year old who was able to open the door and run out several times. I think an addition latch should be added.

Room 515- excellent overall

Little confusion with parking but was able to park in available open spot. Room was very clean, no signs of previous vacationers except for maybe the coffee filters which I’m glad they had. Hallway, kitchen, living room and bedroom was more spacious than expected. No problem with the Wi-fi. Great books for reading. Plenty of pots and pans. All appliances worked including A/C. Hot water stayed on and you do have to get totally in shower to turn it on while it initially sprays on you. Suggestions for future: there was no comfortor for the king size bed. No complaints because we had blankets from home. add a small salt and pepper shakers, a pen and notepad for jotting things down, the washing machine /dryer needs Wd-40 loud squeaky noise when running. A little additional information on the shuttle to pool such as running hours pick ip/ drop off location and Oasis pool hours. All in all a great stay, Would return and recommend to others.

I loved that it was close to the concert venue but was not really prepared for the party atmosphere that the whole wharf tends to have noises until 2- 3 o’clock in the morning due to the bars being opened and lack of security would never stay here if it wasn’t for the concert

Condo is amazing

The condo itself is amazing. The location does require driving to beach and pool. Only thing I would recommend is that the condo have some information handy explaining key fobs, where to take trash, etc.

Warf Unit 515

Rental was easy. Finding the correct parking garage was confusing by the instructions. The dryer in our unit had loud noise every time we tried to use it. I could only do our laundry at night and made it very difficult for my family to sleep. Overall very nice place and I would return again .
