Weak wifi

The WiFi was very weak, very uncomfortable bed and pillows. The facility is nice, easy beach access. Parking was easy, elevators were fast and not crowded.

Well stocked and clean. Nice place.

The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we would need (other than a cookie sheet, which wasn't a big deal). The furniture was comfortable enough and in pretty good shape. I was impressed with the elevators as we never had to wait more than a couple minutes. The kids loved the pools. The indoor one was very busy, and thus had a pretty strong chlorine smell, but that is to be expected, and is no reflection of the condo itself.

Beautiful views!

We had a wonderful vacation overall! The door code didn’t work and we had to call to get a new code to access our room….which I kind of expected since a lot of the reviews said the same thing about this specific unit. The smoke detector batteries were low and chirped most the time we were there. Great location and great price!

Horrible check in experience

The code for the door did not work. We texted the Vacasa contact number--no response. We called the Vacasa 800 number and were on hold for over 30 minutes then hung up to try the security desk. Guard was super nice but was unable to get ahold of anyone to help us. Called 800 number again. They sent a new code to the door which also did not work. They put us on hold to try to reach the "local contact", then came back on and said they could not get ahold of the local person. When we asked what we should do at night after driving 12 hours to get there, they had no response. I asked them to try one more time to send another code and the third one finally worked. We rent condos all the time and this is the first time we've had an issue. I doubt we will rent from anything managed by Vacas in the future.

Great Stay

We had a great time. Upon arrival the door code didn't work, but with a 5 minute phone call to vacasa they got us right in. The room was clean and the view is great! The only down side was the phoenix next door was playing loud music at the pool until about 10PM.

Quick family trip

Property as described. The only downside was that it was dirty. The vent by the kitchen was so dirty it hadn’t been cleaned in months, there were gross globs of stuff on the walls. It’s not like they were hidden and we had to look. Cleaning crew did come and clean on day 3.

Everything we needed

Great place, everything was as advertised. Beautiful view of the gulf from the spacious balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed, only had to get food & drinks for the week. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing and fun!

We had a great vacation in condo 806! Everything was very clean. If I had to say anything that needed attention, I would say the living room furniture. Couch was itchy and not very comfortable. Maybe a comfy chair?? I would leave instructions for TV. Guides, which remote to use, can we get Hulu, Netflix, etc on TV? We just weren’t sure! I sound nit picky but honestly great place to stay! Thank you for the fun!!!

Great location and view

Location and view of ocean are great! Condo size is great for a couple or a small family. The floor was filthy and towels are very thin. The table in the living room is missing a piece on the leg which makes it wobble. Also the rug in the living room needs a mat underneath it so it doesn’t slide.

Perfect for a small family

We really enjoyed our stay. Our family of 4 fit perfectly, anything bigger would of been too crowded. We ate dinner every evening on the balcony overlooking the beach and ocean which was beautiful and relaxing. The condo always stayed cool and all the appliances worked good. Condo was very clean. Outdoor pool is big but only 5ft deep. Indoor pool is small. Husband and I enjoyed using the sauna to get the day started. Easy walk to the beach, 2-3 minutes from elevator which is directly across condo. Definitely recommend and price was great!

We had a great time. Good location. Issue with fold out couch being dirty and had to get new bedding. Could stand a deep cleaning and painting but was nice location. Check in was easy

Very disappointing

I really did not want to write this review until someone contacted me, but after numerous times of reaching out and someone telling me they would get back to me, two weeks later, I still have not heard from ANYONE! I’ll start off by saying that this property has a great location and the view is great, but it ends there. The room was filthy. Broken pottery, stains in the refrigerator, stove crevasses, the microwave. Sheets on the top bunk were disgusting and smelt of old sweat. The bottom bunk sheets were stained. The walls were stained. The floors were so dirty. The appliances and doors were rusted (especially in the bathroom). The toilet had splattered poop on it and really thick dust on the backside. The tub was clogged which means the tub was not cleaned (it literally would not drain). To top it off there was construction starting at 6 am every morning that was not mentioned in the listing. I’m sure I’m forgetting other things, but I have pictures and videos IF anyone was to want to make this right. I would NOT recommend staying here until the issues in this room are fixed. We all felt dirty leaving. Once again, very dissatisfied with the lack of response.
