The Space: Welcome to "The Marblehead," your charming 2-story townhome in the heart of Charleston. This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat is ideal for groups or families of up to four people. With one on-site parking space, unloading and loading your belongings is a breeze.
As you enter the Mixson neighborhood, you'll be greeted by the calm, laid-back atmosphere, from moss-covered oaks to well-traveled walking trails that wind through the community. Amidst this greenery, you'll find The Marblehead in its blush glory, eagerly awaiting your arrival. After parking behind the home, you’ll walk around to the outdoor staircase leading to the grand front entrance and porch, the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee and watch the sunrise.
Step inside the front door to a cozy living room featuring ample seating, a sizable HDTV, and an electric fireplace for those winter stays. Continuing down the hallway, you'll discover the combined kitchen and dining area, complete with a dining table and bar top seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your basic cooking and kitchenware necessities for your convenience. A half-bathroom is also located in the hallway, so you don’t have to go upstairs when spending time in the common areas.
Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms are furnished with plush king-sized beds to enhance your comfort. A new tankless water heater ensures that you'll always have hot water. There is also a full washer and dryer set in the upstairs hall, perfect for doing a load of laundry during your stay.
Guests have access to the entire unit plus one off-street parking space located directly behind the unit. Enjoy the nearby Paradiso Restaurant and Paradiso Market, both open to the public. Please note that the neighborhood pool and workout facilities are for members only and not available to guests of Stay Duvet. The Wonderer Pool Club is located in downtown Charleston, not in this neighborhood.

Each stay comes with the essential amenities you would expect in a hotel, along with 100% cotton sheets and a clean and crisp Duvet for every stay. All our linens are professionally laundered with a 5 soap process, making it one of the cleanest beds you've ever slept in. Upon booking, we also provide a "locals guide" catered by locals just for our guests.

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!
*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*

*groups of 8 or more people will be REQUIRED to rent a cabana if they plan to use the pool*

* $500 food and beverage minimum Saturdays
* $300 food and beverage minimum Sundays
Summer Cabana Pricing (April 1 - September 30)
* $300 food and beverage minimum Monday - Thursday
* $500 food and beverage minimum Fridays
* $1000 food and beverage minimum Saturdays & Sundays
