- En-suite Bedroom: includes a fold-away bed, cleverly designed for maximizing space, with a private shower room, WC, and direct access to the terrace
- Living and Dining Room: a bright, spacious area featuring a smart TV and a dining table, ideal for entertaining. Large sliding doors open onto the terrace, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living
- Modern Kitchen: fully enclosed and equipped with high-quality appliances, this kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals or entertaining guests

From Nice Côte d’Azur Airport: Approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8 highway.
From Cannes Train Station: Just 10 minutes by car or a leisurely 20-minute walk.
Upon arrival, our team will be happy to assist you in navigating the local area and settling in. Should you require transfers, whether from the airport or train station, our concierge service can organize them in advance for a smooth and stress-free journey.
