The Yellow Beach House is a 4 Bed 3 Bath home located in the desirable gated community of Emerald Shores on the closest cul-de-sac to the beach. Offers a great space for multiple families that can comfortably sleep up to 12.
The Space
Create wonderful memories with family and friends in this upscale beach-themed home. The main level features a spacious family room that opens into a dining room and kitchen area. All bedrooms are on the second and third floors which have brand new mattresses, beddings and linens as well as flat screen smart TVs. Beautiful balconies on the second and third floors for enjoying the gorgeous evenings can be accessed from the bedrooms. A solid Wi-Fi connection is also provided in the beach house.

Access Codes
Codes to enter and gain access into the beach house, the gated community, as well as into the private beach access and beach pavilion will be sent to your welcome email the day prior to your arrival. Our guests will also have access to the community amenities including the two swimming pools, tennis court, basketball court and shuffleboard areas.
Arm Band Policy
The arm band policy will be in effect for the following date ranges and is subject to change based on need: March 1st to October 31st. A pavilion attendant will be present from 10 AM to 4 PM, 7 days a week. Guests are to check in with the attendant to obtain their armbands for the week. Guests will have to provide a lease agreement or an email confirmation of a lease to present to the security attendant with a valid ID. A non-refundable fee of $30 will be collected by the Emerald Shores HOA from the guest at the time the set of bands are issued. This fee is cash or credit card only. The fee of $30 is a per-home fee and not per number of guests. Guests should wear their bands while at the pool areas, on the pavilion and at the beach.
Parking
Parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway is available. Make, model, color of vehicle/s utilizing the driveway must be provided. There is no street parking. Parking on the grass is strictly prohibited. There are also a security cameras that are directed into the front porch/driveway and backyard.
Reservations
Must be 25 or older to reserve the property. No third party renters allowed. Guest is required to sign a renter's agreement within 3 days of booking. A copy of your driver's license for ID verification is also required to complete your booking.
Your reservation includes a one-time linen and towel set-up. We do NOT permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the property. A starter kit is also provided which includes an initial set up of trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, hand/body soap and dishwasher detergent pod, as a courtesy, in case you forgot something or need items before you can visit the store. These are not intended to fulfill your needs for the duration of your stay and will not be replenished.
Check-in time 4:00pm, central time. Check-out time 10:00am, central time. Our cleaners are committed to following the current CDC guidelines for disinfecting between guests. In order for them to do this, early check-ins and late check-outs are not allowed.
This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home, you will be charged $250 as well as an increase in cleaning fee, and any other damages.
This is a pet-free property. If any kind of pet is detected, you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to vacate the property.
A Property Damage Protection of $40 per stay will be included in the total traveler payment amount. A security deposit hold of $300 is also required upon booking.
There is an outdoor propane grill available for our guests to use. Please make sure it is turned off, cleaned and covered upon departure. Please also clean the grease catcher, place the grease in a bag and throw in the garbage. Please do not throw down the sink, food disposal or toilets.
