This beautiful second floor corner gulf-front vacation condo is merely feet away from the sugar white sand of the beach. 201 Azure includes floor to ceiling glass patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to a large patio that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features of this spacious condo include granite counter-tops, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, cook top stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, as well as all the dishes, pots and utensils that you will need to prepare the best gourmet meal or a simple sandwich. The dining room table has seating for eight with additional bar stools at the breakfast bar. The master bath includes a whirlpool tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity sinks. Each of the four bedrooms and living room all have televisions to relax each evening after enjoying a long day out on the beach. The private balcony has a table and chairs and chaise lounge to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset. You will enjoy the breathtaking views from this second floor condo well as the convenience and closeness to the beach.

This condo has three bedrooms with king beds and the fourth bedroom has two full size beds. It is an end unit with great views and more privacy.

Beautiful view
This was my 4th time staying at the Azure. There were no grandchildren the first time. Now there are 4 grandchildren so our needs are different. Their ages ranged from 4 months to almost 5. The shovels and bucket that were left on the balcony were very useful. More places to hang towels would have been great. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves and hope to return again.

Could not ask for better
Everything at the property was excellent!! Easy check-in. The property was very clean and exactly like the pictures posted online!!! We had 11 people in our party and we were all comfortable. The second floor is where to stay. We were able to sit on the balcony and look out over the beach. It wasn’t a far walk at all to the beach. The whole experience was excellent. Definitely would stay there again!!

This condo and complex was really clean and safe, would recommend this property to anyone that wants to be in a safe and secure location with the pools and hot tubes, and the wonderful beach. The family had a great time and can not wait to come back.

Great overall- minor issues made it difficult.
The property is beautiful. The location of the pool, the location of the pool from the ocean, everything was great. The rooms wer big with big beds. Each room was huge and every room had a bathroom (one was a jack and jill style bathroom). The master bath was beautiful and huge. All the beds were comfortable. A couple of hiccups occurred that made the stay slightly stressful. We went 24 hours with no air conditioning, so one night it was very difficult for anyone to sleep because it was so hot. The dryer only worked about half of the time. The master toilet overflowed once and the jack and jill bathroom toilet had to be manually filled from the back of the tank each time in order to flush. The man that showed up to fix the air was very nice and professional and had the air fixed quickly. The man that walks around and does the checks for parking and at the pool was extremely nice also. Overall, it was a good experience, but we paid ALOT of money to stay at this place to have had so many "minor annoying issues." However, the rest of the good things outweighed the bad and we really did have a nice time. I will say, they thought of it all at this property. There was even a playpen and highchair available in the master closet and there was plenty of cookware and kitchen space. I would stay at the property again.

Nice Condo, Excellent Location
Overall, the condo is very nice. The corner location means lots of windows, which let in lots of lovely sunshine! It could use a good, deep cleaning and some minor repairs of kitchen drawers, towel holders and shower curtain rods. Our family of 6 adults and 5 kids enjoyed our stay. The living room couch and chairs were very comfortable. The one major flaw was the very dirty floors. After walking around in socks or barefoot our first day there, the bottoms of our feet were black. We are a family who takes our shoes off when we go into a house so I know the dirt was not from us. We scrubbed the floors twice (on hands and knees) before we got them clean. That is a housekeeping issue, though, not a condo issue. We would stay there again.

A wonderful vacation!
Our stay at this condo was perfect. Everything was very clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, even a large crockpot and a muffin pan. All of the beds were very comfortable. It was a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this condo.

Too expensive
It's a nice property but there are other properties just as nice. We wanted to book for 10 days but couldn't . They wont work with you. With the VRBO fees added of almost $500 it's getting too expensive to stay at Azure or any place through VRBO. We are booking at a different condo next year probably even a different area. Looking for true Vacation Rentals by Owners.

Stay was great until it wasn’t.
Easy check in, very clean property, pictures definitely do not do the beauty of it justice but a few days into our stay the air conditioning in the unit went out, communication was great with best beach getaways until it wasn’t. I’m a homeowner so I understand the inconvenience. But 2 days of no air, temperatures being nearly 80° inside the condo, humidity so high that we had to throw out food that we had bought (chips, crackers, cereal) also the hazard of the floors being constantly wet with the humidity and communication merely stopping, we were refunded a partial day and that was it. When I communicated that a partial days refund for two days of very uncomfortable conditions and the time lost on my vacation because I had to communicate issues and also having repairman in and out of our condo was not enough, no one has even taken the time to respond. So while this condo would’ve been a wonderful vacation place, I will not book with Best Beach Getaways again. Had someone reached out to me and explained why they thought a partial days refund was sufficient I may have a different review but based on the fact that they clearly don’t care about returning customers I will not be one.

Our family had a wonderful stay here. The view was amazing. We really enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony in the mornings. The condo was very clean and up to date and the kitchen was well stocked with amenities for our nightly dinners, which was great. Management was great and responded quickly to anything we needed. We would highly recommend this condo for your stay!

Perfect Spring break area!
The condo was amazing! It was our first visit to Fort Walton area and we have already made plans to return. The pictures need updated on the condo site, it is very updated and gorgeous! My only complaint is not listing the amenities it had furnished. There is a coffee maker, crock pot, and 2 beach chairs. Just wasn’t a good description as to what we needed to bring and what was already furnished. Lastly, Azure gives you (12) bracelets that you have to constantly keep track of which was a complete pain in the butt.
