Its layout across four levels, accessible by stairs, including two interior floors, offers an impressive view over the sea and the estate, while enhancing the villa’s privacy and ensuring secluded spaces out of sight.
The villa boasts multiple terraces with a BBQ, offering panoramic sea views, a private heated pool, and a garden equipped with sun loungers and parasols for relaxing afternoons focused on pure relaxation.

OUTDOOR SPACES:
You will enjoy numerous outdoor spaces designed for relaxation. Just one level below the living area, a private heated pool with a panoramic sea view awaits you, complemented by a terrace equipped with parasols, sun loungers, a BBQ, garden furniture, and a JBL speaker—perfect for unwinding. On the upper floor, an area adjacent to the bedrooms features a stunning terrace offering a breathtaking 180° view of the bay, ideal for admiring the scenery and sunsets.
LOCATION
Located in the heart of the Esterel Massif, this villa offers a perfect blend of nature and accessibility. Surrounded by lush greenery and the iconic red rocks, it provides a peaceful setting for hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts. Its quick access to the beach allows you to enjoy crystal-clear waters for swimming, relaxation, or water activities. Additionally, it is just a 25-minute drive from Cannes, renowned for its Croisette, approximately 45 minutes from Nice Airport, and one hour from Saint-Tropez, an iconic destination on the French Riviera. This unique setting makes it an ideal getaway to enjoy the Mediterranean’s treasures.
WHERE TO PARK?
You will have access to a private parking space located outside the villa. For added convenience, parking along the road is also available, allowing space for 3 to 4 vehicles with ease.
ACCESS FOR TRAVELERS:
Travelers will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. The keys will be provided by key box from 4pm at the property address.
ADDITIONAL FEES:
Linens are provided for stays of 6 nights or more. For stays of less than 6 nights and upon request, linens will be provided for an additional fee. A request for an additional payment for the tourist tax may be required depending on the chosen booking platform.
SERVICE:
To facilitate your arrival, check-in will be done online via a link that will be sent to you once the booking is confirmed. After that, you will have access to a digital welcome booklet available throughout your stay. You will find all the information related to the arrival procedure, the operation of the accommodation, good addresses, and more.
DEPOSIT:
