Wakes N Shades is situated in Lakeside Estates on 188 acres of scenic mountain land, and surrounded by a private cove on Norris Lake. Lakeside Estates features a gated entrance, pool, hot tub, walking trail, private boat ramp, boat trailer parking, city water, minutes from several full service marinas and restaurants, and a short ride or drive to a golf course.
This part of the lake is considered seasonal water and prior to April and after Labor Day, our cove can look more like a river than a lake, there is no guarantee that you'll have access to the dock but the boat launch is available year round.
