We had a large group- All former Security Contractors, former military, and current law enforcement. House was as pictured, however, communication with female home owner was less than stellar. A letter received upon checkin asks that you do a walkthrough of property and note anything out of place- we did, as we didn’t want to get charged for something we didn’t cause. Nothing major (fan/light in master didn’t work, shotgun shells in yard, broken beanbag board, etc.), but was enough for owner to take personal and cuss us out on day one, demanding we get the f**k out of her home, among many other choice words. Eric was great and did his very best to make things right. If you only have communication with Eric, your trip will be incredible! Working in hospitality is not for the faint of heart- perhaps this could be a great learning opportunity for the female homeowner.
Things we liked: laundry room on second floor, plenty of towels for pool and showers, everything seemed clean. Home was close enough to town that it didn’t feel inconvenient. Front porch with rocking chairs was perfect for coffee in the morning and hot tub was nice for our crew.
