Perfect place

This was our second time staying at this wonderful hideaway in the Avenues of Salt Lake. Everything we needed for work from home, with fantastic views, all facilities we needed and great host.

Work from home delight

Loved staying here as everything is so new, fresh and well thought through for guests. The second bedroom is an office with everything that you need for work from home. Will be coming back again for sure!!

Cozy with a View

Great spot to watch the storms blow in and view the city lights at night. Perfect for a couple to get away for a few days or someone in town for business. There is a separate office that worked well for us. Clean and bright! Had everything we needed!

Incredible place, incredible host

We were in SLC for my wife to have brain surgery and booked this place because it was all on one level and my wife was going to have issues with stairs of any kind. Mina went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed and was always prompt in answering/assisting us with every need. The place was very clean and had all you could ask for. The view was stunning. Will definitely come back here to enjoy the visit, when circumstances are no so dire.

Perfect except for the non-working A/C

Nice property, clean and well set up. Perfect for our needs except that the A/C was not working during the entirety of our stay and it was about 80 degrees inside continually. Owner was very responsive but A/C tech was not able to repair and only brought a portable unit no the last afternoon of our stay. Would stay again if this were fixed.

Worth the money

Great host with a warm spirit. Our stay was pretty flawless, the apartment clean and the view at night delightful. They have done a good job tricking out a basement apartment and have a great use of the space for a couple to stay in for a sustained period. The only down-side: basement apartment and the floor above inhabited by seemingly notcturnal humans walking on wood floors over the master bedroom. I would recommend a fan or noise maker, and this is not much a deal for most city dwellers used to multi-level living. Overall, would recommend the host and the space for sure.

In SLC for Graduations

Overall this was a perfect location for our purposes in SLC. Size was as listed and good for the two of us. I would have some suggestions for this to be higher stars across the board. Be sure who ever is responsible for having the place ready is a bit more observant. There was no coffee (which the owner promptly took care of after I called), no tissues and no bath soap or gel (which we went and purchased). The lawn had not been mowed for several weeks, was mowed while we were there, but dirt/grass blew up by our entrance which was unpleasant. For sure, the bath sink plumbing should be fixed! A nice extra would be instructions for we older people on how to work with TV that comes through Roku. Would I stay again? Yes, but only if assured the above items were taken care of.

I booked this 2 bedroom property for myself and my son. Before confirming I noticed the ad saying the 2nd bedroom had a futon, not a bed, which was not ideal but doable. I contacted the host to confirm that the office was set up to sleep in, but did not get a reply. On arrival at 1am we found a king bed on one room and no bed in the office. There was nothing to sleep on. There was a grubby old leather sofa by the front door. I contacted the host and Vrbo, but ultimately my son slept 3 nights on the floor in the office. This is not a 2 bed property althiigh advertised ans such and I regret booking it.Our schedule while there was packed and we had no time to find alternative accommodation. I do not recommend unless you only need one bedroom. There is no option for sleeping in the office.

Terrible Experience…Terrible Communication..only 1 BED?!?

BEWARE! Host is SO RUDE! Host did not tell us that the 2nd bed had broken and was removed the week before we arrived. When a bed DISAPPEARS you need to tell your guests! Also we didn’t receive any check-in instructions. Had to ask several times to receive any response. Host offered no discount for the missing bed. Host said we should leave if we didn’t want to sleep on a “well loved sofa”. SO RUDE! Why is it on your guests to find another place to stay DURING VACATION? Host also removed the table and chairs without telling us, so if you are looking for honesty & kindness….KEEP LOOKING!

I spent three nights at this property on a recent work trip. The size was perfect, the second bedroom was actually an office, which suited me just fine. The kitchen was well appointed and the views were amazing. Great communication with the host as well, so that was great.
