NO extra fees for heating . The heat is set to run from 9am-9pm and set to 85-90 F. Waterfall feature is not on during December-March months when the heat is on to prevent cooling of the water. Otherwise, the waterfall is on 6-9 pm. Pool heat is relative to outdoor temperature. When the temperature goes below 60 outdoor, the pool temperature might not reach desired temperature.

⭐️ SPA HEATING hours from 6-9 pm, but you can request any 3 hour slot from 10am-10:30 pm. Please request heating, otherwise it won’t be on to preserve propane. For extra spa hours, please inquire , additional fee may apply.

Great house!

We stayed in the house with my family of 5. Three sons aged 16-21. They LOVED the lake and caught several catfish along with a huge 9 pond carp. (They released them all). I enjoyed watching a mother duck with her 3 young ducklings swim by every AM. And the dove song in the mornings while drinking coffee was magical! They have a paddle boat and kayak which I enjoyed using. It is really close to restaurants with almost no traffic. We were there for a national rock climbing comp and it was great to come home and unwind in this great home between events. Also massage chair in the living room (choose “swing mode”) AMAZING! I have to buy one now. The kids also loved the pool table which converts to ping-pong. So perfect place for kids. They had so much fun!! (Great to see them off screens) The host was so kind to provide snacks, a bottle of wine and some other drinks in a drink fridge. What I also loved was…”check-out instructions: Do nothing. Just leave the key in the lock-box” I hate it when I’m on vacation and I have to partially clean the house I’m leaving. We did clean up and put trash out and dishes in DW but so refreshing to not have to worry over a long list of “check-out instructions”. Easy drive to PHX. I was actually surprised how much fun we had for this extended weekend get-away!! Highly recommend!!

Fun and Relaxing

We stayed here and couldn’t have been more impressed. Mira would respond almost immediately, and helped with any questions we might have had. The pool area was perfect, we spent almost all day into the evening swimming, even with 70 degree temperatures because the water was so warm. We will stay again.

Phenomenal stay!

My gosh, if you have the opportunity to book this home, BOOK it! Pictures do not do justice reflecting how incredibly beautiful this home and the backyard. Spotless furniture and linens, squeaky clean rooms and so much extras you can possibly need, peaceful surroundings and private backyard. It feels like you have your own paradise to yourself only. Mira heated the pool to a comfortable 88-90 degrees. The hot tub was amazing! The beautiful sunset we all enjoyed swimming in the warm pool was unforgettable. I cannot recommend highly enough this listing! THE BEST VACATION ever!

Everything we were looking for!

We had such a nice time. Everything was perfect. The inside had the wow factor. Then the private backyard with the lake and hot tub had wow wow factor. Very accommodating. Interaction was so helpful. We loved our stay. All the extras that come with the house like the boats, fishing rods, massagers, candles, complimentary snacks/dinks, bike, pool table, and sound system helped make it even more exciting, relaxing, and forever memorable for our two families coming together. We loved every second of the Lakehouse.!!!❤️

My husband was racing in the Ironman in Tempe and the location was perfect. We had 8 adults a teenager and 2 babies and there was plenty of room and activities for all! Mira is amazing and communication is above and beyond. If we do this race again in Tempe we will definitely be trying to contact her again. Love the McKay family

What an incredible property!

We had 7 guys in our group in Chandler for an annual conference we attend every November. Long story short, I really hope this property is available again next year for us. Great little getaway!

The location of this home is perfect to get in any fire of Phoenix area! The lake is a wonderful amenity, and all the extras with the home were so great! There is also a park around the corner! Lots of restaurants and shopping needs very close by!

Beautiful stay!

We attended a wedding at a venue nearby and this rental was perfect for our group for the weekend! We absolutely loved all the included amenities and appreciated all the little details (some free drinks provided, cute welcome card, house speaker system, paddle boat + kayak, etc.) It was probably a little unnecessary to have the table set for 4 with dishes but it was a cute touch nonetheless. We did have a little bit of a confusing time with the hot tub (our fault probably) but it wasn't a big deal since it was warm out anyways so we would just soak our feet in it when it was lukewarm. The view of the lake was awesome, check in was easy, all the bedrooms were decorated very nicely, lots of space for a large group to hang out both inside and outside, and the entire place was very clean! Would definitely stay here again!

I am definitely coming back

The property is gorgeous and peaceful. Mira left us so many cute gifts, drinks, snacks, and bathroom products. She was super easy to communicate with. I am 100% coming back with my new husband after we get married. There was way more space than me and my 10 friends needed. The paddleboat was a blast and the hot tub fit all 10 of us at one time using it.

Beautiful home!

I stayed with three family members at this beautiful home for four nights prior to Thanksgiving. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved spending time in backyard viewing the ducks on the lake, using the hot tub, and the propane fire table and lighting was a plus! We were fortunate to have a breathtaking sunset our first evening, which was as perfect as the picture! Mira was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. The special welcome, along with other snacks, and beverages were greatly appreciated! I hope to stay at this home again on my next visit to Chandler.

WOW! The best vacation ever!!

Mira’s house exceeded my expectations in every way. This home is absolutely beautiful and very luxurious! Quite honestly I was beyond impressed by the attention to detail that went into this home, it does not feel like a rental at all. We loved the spa with jets and gorgeous water view with trees everywhere. This place really puts you in vacay mode to the max. All of the furniture is very comfortable including the mattress, I had the best night sleep ever. It was a lot of fun and an experience I will never forget! We already referred four friends after them seeing our pics! And we are planning our next vacation at this amazing house!

Hands down the best vrbo i've ever experienced!

The house was super CLEAN! You can't ask for a better place to stay! The property was spacious for all our children and the organization and cleanliness was impaccable! All the essentials and more were provided from the resrooms, laundry to kitchen/wine/beer/toothpaste and brushes, water bottles, too much to list. The view was gorgeous! Our children loved having their own rooms with TVs! The home was better than the pictures! The relaxing time at night in the hot tub with jets was the best for my wife and myself and a glass of wine that the host kindly left for us! Mira was the best host, always available, she went above and beyond getting all our requests fullfilled! She made our anniversary unforgattable! We will definitely be coming back again, no doubt! We did not want to leave!
