HOW DOES THE KEYS ARE HANDFULLY COLLECTED?
The reception and key handover are done on site from 4 p.m. or before if your accommodation is already ready.

CLEANING AND LINEN ARE INCLUDED
The end-of-stay cleaning does not include the kitchen (dishes, fridge, hobs, etc. put away and cleaned) or the bins to be thrown away.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?
No, pets are not allowed.

GOOD TO KNOW, ACCOMMODATION RULES et CONDITIONS
-The accommodation is non-smoking and no noise between 10pm and 8am.
-The check-out time is 10am maximum.
-The end-of-stay cleaning option does not include: the kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, furniture, etc.), the trash to be thrown away and, if applicable, cleaning the fireplace (windows and ashes).
-A deposit is required for certain reservations. We use the independent online deposit service Swikly. The deposit is secured within two weeks of arrival (not debited / does not affect your credit card limit). It automatically cancels 20 days after your departure.
-We are unable to provide: shampoo, dishwashing liquid, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and cleaning products (there will be what the previous traveler left behind and so on).
