This beautiful 4 bedroom home is the perfect place for your famlily vacation.,It has it's own private pool facing south. Located in The Highland Reserve Golf Club with its own amazing views.

The space

The house has vast amounts of luxurious space for you to spend your famlily vacation, has its own massive private pool over looking some lovly greenery at the rear where you can relax all day or maybe chill at night after a long day at the parks or shopping , the home is on the famous Golf course of Highlands Reserve with its own amazing views.

The property comes with free wi-fi and air con , a full kitchen , there is also a communual pool and tennis courts on the reseve if you wish to take advantage of them

Does the job but tired and in need of a deep clean

We stayed here for two weeks with my parents, my husband, four year old daughter and four month old son. Communication with the property company was always prompt but the fact the property had no reviews worried me slightly! However, the day we flew we received all our details for checking into the property via a lock box and found it easily having stayed in the area before. The property itself does the job, as a place to rest your head but it is in dire need of a deep clean and an update. The bedding was the worst we’ve seen - sticky, satin viscose sheets that don’t stay on the beds and lumpy pillows. The bathrooms are very old, enamel peeling off the bath and shower curtains dirty - need to be replaced. The floors aren’t cleaned thoroughly in the bathroom as my daughter dropped something out the bath and when I picked it up it was covered in fluff and hair. The kitchen small appliances like the toaster and the kettle barely worked. The microwave had silver duct tape hanging from it. We also had a few cockroaches visit us in the kitchen during our stay. Finally, the pool being south facing is brilliant but the outside landscaping could do with some upkeep and the pool area itself needs a power wash and the mesh to be replaced / fixed in areas - so much so there was a squirrel in the pool area because a flap of mesh was hanging off! The area itself is lovely, beautiful trees, landscaping and quiet. As we didn’t spend much time in the property it did what it needed to, but if you were looking to spend many days by the pool this isn’t for you! However, we would be hesitant to stay again unless it was updated.

Conveniently next to the community is a shopping area with a large Publix supermarket, many stores, excellent restaurants, bars and banks.
Disney World, and other theme parks are just minutes away. Nearby Interstate 4 provides quick access to the beaches near Tampa on the west coast, the space (east) coast beaches near Cocoa and Melbourne, or the many attractions of Metro Orlando, including Universal Studios, Sea World, and Science Museum.

Nearby Lakeland offers Legoland, pro basketball, Art museum, wilderness hikes and many other options in a lovely small city environment.

Stroll through quaint shopping towns nearby, including Mt. Dora, Winter Garden, downtown Clermont (with its marvelous winery, Lakeridge) and many others.
